We’ve only been using LegitFit for two months, but it’s already hard to imagine running things without it. The onboarding process was smooth – the LegitFit team handled all the initial setup, including client scheduling and timetabling, which made the switch totally painless. What’s made the biggest difference for us is how hands-off everything has become. Payments are fully automated, even trial-to-member conversions just happen without any effort on our side. Admin time has dropped massively – no more constant messages to the owner about cancellations or rescheduling. I’ve used a few of the “big name” platforms before and always found them clunky or confusing, especially for older clients. LegitFit has been the opposite – it’s genuinely user-friendly across the board. Nobody has had any issues using the app, which says a lot. LegitFit gives me back time that I would otherwise have to spend on scheduling and booking in clients. It also adds more professionalism to my business, through the user friendly booking system that is now available for clients to see my availability, book in for sessions and purchase memberships. The customer support has also been very helpful. I reached out to Bella with some questions about using the app from a client perspective shortly after signing up. Legitfit solves the problem of spending time booking in clients, which can be quite time consuming, especially for class based srvices. It also makes my business appear to be more professional, as clients have somewhere to go and book in through a link, rather than messaging me as the service provider. I love how simple the layout is for myself and my clients. I've used quite a few apps in 8 years of coaching and they're not always "easy" but with Legitfit, it's very easy to navigate around. Customer support is very good, especially on the set up. With 90+ clients, I was thinking it was going to be a very tough transition but it was very simple and the team kept in contact with me to make it very simple. The only thing personally I'd like to see is seeing what my clients weights/reps and sets so I can make sure they're on track. Other than that everything is great! All my customers are now on one system, whereas before I did a lot of pen and paper manual attendance tracking and payment tracking. Also the PAR-Q forms on everyones profile and I can easily see who hasn't filled in theirs, again before I was all manual work so a lot of paperwork, so this will reduce my admin hours and also as im trying to grow a team at least now everyone is on the same page and easily accessible. The programming module is cumbersome and repetitive without being very intuitive. (I have a todo pending to record this for you.. bear with me!) Sometimes I feel like the way the gui works is more of an after thought. ie I can now click on each member that is booked into a session but it still doesnt give me the information I need like their timeline, notes, goals etc .. all that I would see if I searched for a member. Legitfit has the best customer service experience from the tutorial to the on boarding and integration. Legitfit scheduling is great for simplicity of booking. The name of the class, time, description, and price are all under the day of the week the class is held. The customer interface is intuitive and the customer purchase is easy. A critique about the app is when you press the next arrow for the following week, it will stay on the day it was previously on the following week. Ex/ If I'm looking at Friday the 18th and I press the next arrow, it will take me to Friday the 25th instead of Sunday the 20th, the first day of the new calendar week.
