When running phishing simulations, I’m unable to filter by application. Because of that, the simulations can become too obvious and get reported or ignored, unless I spend time going through thousands of results and excluding all the ones we don’t use. The other issue is with support tickets. When you create a ticket, they ask for the “Requester Country.” I enter United Kingdom, but I still get assigned American support. That usually means we only manage about one email per day back and forth due to the time difference.
