The training marketplace, segmented by area or internal team on the company is very handful, making it easier to select trainings that make sense for each team. It was easy to implement and the integration with Drata is a perfect-fit for us. So far we had minimal interactions with the support team, all of them good enough. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** For training campaings without time fixed to finish, when all users finish the trainings, the campaign is finished, forcing the administrators to create new campaigns when there are new joiners. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** As part of requirements of SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001, KB4 is helping us to achieve this requirement by integrating perfectly with Drata. I also found the settings page a little obtuse, sometimes options simply arent there, and I dont know why. The automated emails are phishy and get reported by our users. Downloading reports doesnt always works. You cant edit all users at once--only up to the 500 per page. Courses/modules show as past-due, but you have to manually extend them for users to still access them. You should be able to originally choose a time period for a campaign to be past due and have it still accessible. The training is also very interactive and keeps our users engaged. If help is needed the KnowBe4 support team is always reachable and ready to help. The primary course we use every year is updated by KnowBe4 to reflect recent hacking trends. We also use other courses as refreshers for our employees, and we have great feedback for the "Inside Man We also use the test phishing campaigns monthly to see if our users have an understanding of how to be secure. We integrated it with Azure SSO and have followed their implimentation guide to get initial user assessments completed to establish a baseline and now have quarterly phishing tests scheduled with auto-enrollment in remedial training for users who fail the tests. There are a number of other resources available including print materials for handouts or wall posters and videos and other content can can be integrated into presentations or other materials. We probably use a quarter of the features available to us, and plan to utilize it more over time, but even with the level of testing and training we have now, we've already seen a massive improvement in our employees reporting emails and correctly identifying real and simulated phishing emails.
