In truth, I actually did click a link on one of the phishing test emails! Firstly the Modstore offers so many training modules that you can choose your route for your company. Redemption for failed phishing attempts is my second favorite part of being part of the KnowBe4 family. Lastly I absolutely love the KnowBe4 button with the use of PhishER to not only have KnowBe4 filter emails for you that have been submitted to our IT department, but I also get a chance to review these emails as well. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** I believe that there are some aspects of KnowBe4 that can be improved upon. One would be the reporting to get exactly what you are looking for. Great Training Tool **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Daven H. | Technology Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025 **What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** It is easy to set up and there are automation functions to set up and run testing and some review training as well. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** There are so many resources for training, it's sometimes difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training our staff on phishing and other security issues that they may be subjected to. Our failure rate is less than 4% on our phishing tests at this point, but it was over 30% when we first started. ### 49. Also nice administration process in terms of assigning training. Automatic training assignments for clickers is pretty beneficial too **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** I do wish there was some more granular control over automatic training assignment. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem is users clicking on stuff they shouldn't; we have seen significant downward movement in bad clicks the more integrated into the KB4 platform we've gotten ### 50.
