If you fail the test, you get an email saying you have to redo the training. You can create Awareness training as often as needed for your staff, especially for businesses that have a lot of turnover. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** I cannot say anything bad about KB4 its a great tool. We even have a Teams channel where we can make fun of all the failed attempts that get caught. Uploading your own content is straightforward if the material is short, but it becomes cumbersome with longer content. Any changes you make to a lengthy training require a complete review of the entire session.
