KnowBe4 has provided us with a way to deliver and track cybersecurity training that makes sense for our institution. We've used it for Cybersecurity training, Title IX training, as well as a number of custom training modules that we've created and uploaded (as SCORM packages). We love the user completion tracking and the overall streamlined experience on the admin side as well as the end-user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User management has been a struggle in some ways. We opted NOT to integrate using Active Directory because we don't offer the service to our full user group. The users need to be managed manually, and that has presented a few issues especially working with fewer licenses. This isn't necessarily a reflection of the product - just how we're using it... unfortunately necessary in our case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
