The end user experience has been pretty smooth overall, especially on the training side. The customer support (raising a support ticket) is very quick and helpful. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** The choice of developer trainings is very basic. There is massive opportunity to enhance it (which they have already started on this year). There is no proactive communication about change in the UI or new features. The CSMs don't seem very knowledgeable outside of basic features. The reliance on their own PhishER button instead of integrating well with the Outlook existing reporting is also a shortcoming.
