I like that every month you need to do some new tests and new modules, so you frequently need to go to the website and keep your information up-to-date. Intuitive user interface, easy for users to use, quick feedback from customer support, fast implementation and good documentation, integrates into existing software. **What do you dislike about SoSafe?** Multiple changes of the contact person within two years, few new contents in the three years of use, and you can tell that the contents were published in different waves because the style differs between the modules. **What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** SoSafe helps us with employee training and building awareness of IT security. ### 49. Of course none of this actually matters as it is cosmetic, but I do think it lends to an unconcious sense of accomplishment. **What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Explaining to the user the concept of vetting the link and parcing out how to read hyperlinks is nice. ### 50.
