There are some things that are more difficult than it needs to be. Creating a phone screen AND an interview in the system requires you to create one and then copy it to another so that they are both tied to one questionnaire. The organic broadcasting and application obtainment has allowed us to reduce paid recruitment advertising resulting in a lower cost-per-hire. Jobvite ATS is one component of a larger Evolve suite of products. They are joined with a Talemetry CRM, Intelligent Messaging, and Analytics. The ATS is really intuitive and easy to use - the functionality meets all the requirements that you would want to have. It definitely shines as an applicant trackign system so if that is the only item you are looking to purchase I think it's an excellent choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jobvite? The customer service has been severely lacking behind other ATS/HR softwares that I've used. It's really difficult to get any help when you need it and the quality of the service has been very short and non-friendly in my experience. The Onboarding module and tools like Intelligent Messaging also not have been fully functional in my experience.
