Usually a quick fix but it can lead to down time and issues with employees and lost information. Responses are slow and sometimes not helpful. Emailing our account rep directly has helped with this issue. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a huge time saver. Scheduling interviews is my favorite part of the system. One of the most imporant aspect is that once a candidate applies, there is no place to save the candidate information, so the candidate has to enter their information every single time. If this is a longer application, the information is not parsed into the related field so all information needs to be re entered by the candidate. If i have to apply for 4 or 5 jobs, the candidate would end up spending a lot of time instead of doing a quick apply with the same profile or resume. There should be an option to have something temporarily saved. The interface is complicated and project implementation is crazy bad **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** Make sure that your HCM is completely configurable with Jobvite and understand what are the actions that it is triggering. We have had password issues and candidates wouldn't be able to login. Make sure to ask for a good project manager that can help and guide you instead of rushing to finish within the timeline. Also make sure you have some personal training becasue everythign is videos. Get a good project implementation team and don't fall for marketing traps. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better or easy candidate experience, they can apply within a few steps depending on what information you are seeking from the user. It takes about 1 to 2 minutes to apply using jobvite. Also the look and feel is better compared to some Applicant tracking systems. ### 7. The recruiter live nation event was incredible as it touched upon these features and provided actual clients to disclose their experience and tips to better their workflows. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** At the moment, I haven't necessarily found any faults in utilizing this product. But that could have to do with the fact that I've worked on specific features aligned with my role only, and I haven't explored beyond that. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** Consider an in-depth look at your talent acquisition practices and determine the areas of improvement you need. Also when you add a candidate to another requstions, their infromation doesnt copy over to the new requstion, so you have to go look at their old applications. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to track all in one platform, for example, custom links to track the best sourcing strategies, being able to use our texting platform (canvas) directly within jobvite, and lastly, having the ability to do email campaigns directly in jobvite as well as, onboard our new hires. I also enjoy having the ability to use the jobvite video as a screening tool. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** - I would really enjoy the ability to schedule all emails - if I'm working non-traditional hours, I want to be able to send an email at appropriate times. - The editing function for job descriptions can use some work. If you change the font, it won't save until you've done it 2-3 times. There aren't a lot of options for fonts either. - The Jobvite Analytics portion can be quite a learning curve in order to learn how to make certain reports - I find myself reaching out to support to build reports that I find should be a standard - I would really like for candidates to complete video screens with their phone instead of expecting all candidates to have a desktop or laptop with a webcam. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm hiring the candidates we need for our open positions. ### 26. When hiring, I'm able to easily look at candidates and determine if I want to interview them. If I don't think they're a good fit for the job they've applied to, I'm able to move them to a different requisition and share that candidate with another hiring manager. Reaching out to candidates is simple, with Intelligent Messaging as well as scheduling interviews. In Jobvite, I can do everything from finding candidates to hiring them and transferring them into ADP. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** Jobvite cannot add text-to-apply candidates to a requisition. Those candidates would have to fill out an application. It would be great if text-to-apply candidates could integrate into a requisition. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm the recruiter for a fast-food company that has 30 restaurants. Each restaurant manager is their own hiring manager and with Jobvite they are empowered to find their own candidates. With the great resignation, staffing in our industry has been challenging, but Jobvite has ensured our company consistent applicant flow during these difficult times. One minor benefit that I frequently use is the General Application function. Months ago we learned that the Jobvite team lead heading up the implementation is no longer with them and no one can assist. As a result, we still have to ask our incoming caregivers to come to HR to turn in their printed hardcopies of onboarding forms (15 to 17 pages - adverse impact on customer experience. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication and transparency of process and the work. I can also send out updates during the year as well to let them know if any new upcoming New Grad sessions we might be holding. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** I am not a fan of how difficult it is to see where candidates are in other requisitions if they have applied to multiple. I wish that they active reqs were listed at the top of their candidate summary page with certain statuses at the top. It doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason for the listings. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipelining. This was an issue previously but Jobvite has made this easier. ### 29. Once you learn the navigation, the product is relatively easy to use. There are some customizations that can be done as well that are useful. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** Where do I even begin with this one? To start, the amount of documentation available for users to get help is non-existent. Outside of a webinar or a sales pitch, the documentation doesn't provide any detail - they're ALL high-level executive overview demo documents with no substance. Additionally, whenever you have to deal with Customer Support, the reps handling the cases don't know how to use the product themselves. How can you support a product you can't use yourself? I usually end up closing cases because I've figured out how to fix the problem myself while I'm waiting for someone to respond. Finally, Analytics is HORRIBLE!!! Reporting is not user-friendly, you can only report off *some* of the data tables but not all of them, and like the Core product, when you reach out to Support for assistance, nobody at JobVite seems to know how to use the products they support. Honestly, if I were the critical decision-maker at my company, I would switch us back to UKG and not have anything to do with JobVite. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** JobVite is a necessary evil that my company uses because of the ability to customize our job applications and the mobile communications features included in the software.
