They helped us set up all of our templates and continued reaching out after we were onboarded to continue helping where needed. They assist significantly with the creation of templates and understanding how the automated payment side of Ignition works. If something isn't working the way we think it should, they are very quick to respond and jump on a call to figure out the issue. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy as Ignition did all of it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ignition? I use Ignition for sending proposals and collecting payments. It solves the payment collection problem by handling payments upfront and securely storing payment methods for future use.
