Liscio is a user-friendly platform that allows for easy communication, file sharing, and collaboration. Tasks can be assigned and messages can be sent. Their customer support is great and the pricing is fair. There's a great deal of customization that can be done (i.e. tags, etc). The mobile app and web versions are simple and reliable. Creating lists and sequences is intuitive and straightforward; I can control and customize the work for myself or others. I use a link to my mailbox and keep track of everything. I can assign a task once the email is sent because it is logged and tracked. Liscio lets you connect to multiple programs and easily export and import lists and data, saving you time and effort. Liscio is the best software for our client-facing and team collaborating communications needs.

It is easy to use, which is very important because our clients would otherwise not accept and use the software. The fully searchable document storage is a time saver and keeps us organized. Tasks and e-docs help us to stay on track. Adobe Sign is a built-in feature for documents we need to be signed in real-time.

Email integration adds to speed up and streamline workflows and procedures.

Liscio's customer service is outstanding and extended to our clients.

Liscio has a great task management feature. It automatically reminds clients to complete outstanding tasks once a week so I don't have to ask for items and documents I need as much. It is difficult to get our clients who are less tech-savvy to use the program, not because it isn't user-friendly. Instead, they are accustomed to using email. All the clients are allocated one account wherein we can find everything in one place such as contact details, files and messages. It can be accessed by all the team members at once.

What I like the most is the feature of sending notifications by text. It helps in getting responses faster. We can also draft standard emails to be sent to clients and it picks the contact details automatically which reduces the chances of sending emails to the wrong recipients.
