What do you like best about HR Acuity?

"HR Acuity is our best investment in Employee Relations"

What do you like best about HR Acuity?

HR Acuity allows us to quickly create new cases to capture all complaints; manage investigations in a central database; and analyze investigations data, informing opportunities for our team to proactively identify risk areas and deploy mitagation strategies.

Overall, from the implementation, intregration, team training, to "go live" was a seamless process with great resouces available and the customer service from the HR Acuity team exceeded our expecations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Acuity?

What do you like best about HR Acuity?

The ease and consistency in which we are now capturing data on complaints, our ability to run reports (customized or from the standard HR Acuity library), the easy access to dashboards. The ability as an administrator of our site to add necessary categories and make minor changes. Not to mention the great level of support from the HR Acuity team. What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a more consistent approach in capturing data on compliants and investigations. Using HR Acuity has resulted in a more consistent way in which we document matters. In addition to how we document matters we are also now getting better data analytics and reports. In addition access to online support articles and videos are great as are the webinars that are offered and the seamless updates to the tool to benefit the users.
