Help Desk Migration was extremely responsive throughout our migration from Teamwork Desk to Help Scout. Their team answered questions quickly, provided clear guidance, and was always friendly. As a nonprofit organization, we especially appreciated their willingness to quote multiple times as we scaled the service to fit our needs and budget. The pricing was reasonable, and the migration process was smooth.

We didn't experience any significant issues during our migration project.

Help Desk Migration allowed us to easily move users, customers, and tickets to Help Scout, and their "demo" (basically a test run) was simple to use before the full run. Because of other projects, I had to stop and start the process a couple of times, but their staff was really helpful getting me back on track. All told, the transfer of a year's worth of data happened overnight.

I needed to migrate a single Zendesk help center brand to another, and this tool turned out to be precisely what I needed. The migration process was simple and finished very quickly.

The demo process went smoothly overall, but I overlooked reversing a few demos before the migration. As a result, I ended up with several artifacts that required an additional tool to identify and remove.

At first, when we were migrating our platform to a new system, we decided to create separate help centers to keep documentation for similar products separate and avoid confusion. However, as the migration progressed, we realized that having separate help centers was no longer necessary and actually made things more confusing. As a result, we decided to merge the two help centers back into one.

It is really easy to use the Help Desk Migration services. Creating the fields, the needed information is user friendly.  After inserting Integration credentials, you just map everything between two platforms, then sit back and wait according to data load.

The duration of the migration depends on the API limits set by your accounts on both platforms. If your limits are low or restricted to daily quotas, you may need to upgrade or pay additional fees to the platform you are currently using or plan to use. It's important to factor in the time required for the migration ahead of time.

I have used it for Sales Force to Zendesk, Zoho to Zendesk. So It was really easy and cheap way to migrate all your data to your new platform!

Using a CSV file to upload my data was remarkably easy, which made the whole transition process smooth and hassle-free. I also found the ticket migration between Monday and Freshservice to be incredibly simple and efficient, requiring minimal time to complete. This product stands out for its user-friendly approach to data migration, enabling me to complete the task without any complications. Additionally, the experience was seamless enough that I would definitely choose to use Help Desk Migration Services again in the future without considering other vendors. I'm very satisfied and would certainly recommend it with a high score of 10 out of 10. I wouldn't change anything about the service.

For this particular migration, a transfer of IT support tickets from Zendesk into Autotask.

Given our company's unique compliance requirements, we could not afford to lose a single ticket, nor any of the information or attachments in the tickets, including timestamps of all ticket activities.

The tickets also needed to remain searchable in Autotask by the Zendesk Ticket ID.

There wasn't much bad - support response times on the weekend weren't as good as during the week but they resolved the issue we encountered.

We were merging two helpdesks into one single platform. We could just have cut over and lost historical data from one of them but this gave us a quick and affordable way of migrating that all over and keeping the details that can be really useful.

The team were helpful and responsive throughout the process and worked with me to get the migration to be exactly as I needed it. The tool itself is very straightforward to use and having unlimited tests made me really confident that it was going to work as I needed it.

When I did get to the migration, there had been some last minute changes requested on my end and it resulted in a pause on Saturday morning! Luckily I realised the issue and the team responded that day and resumed. Everything migrated as expected and we're happy!

If you aren't using specific Halo fields, you will need to pay for additional fields to be added. For the most part, I was able to use Rules within Halo to get around this, Source was the only real pain!

There was no easy way to get data from Manage Engine into Halo. Using spreadsheets just didn't give good results and got very messy very quickly. Help Desk Migration made the process very simple and everything linked together without any need to change anything.

The Helpdesk Migration services software is extremely easy to use, it easily connected to both the software we were migrating from and to, the interface guided us through the field mapping process and was very straightforward to use.
Throughout the initial setup and during our migration the staff were extremely responsive and proactive when an issue was discovered, this has been one of the easiest vendor interactions i have had in a long time.

I have nothing negative to say, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and the migration was completed easily and successfully.

We recently used the service from "https://help-desk-migration.com" (Automated Help Desk Data Migration Solutions), and we can only say positive things about it.

Our hosting company had to migrate thousands of support tickets and contacts from Freshdesk to Intercom. We also needed to transfer nearly 1,000 help articles (FAQs).

The entire process was completed smoothly within just a few hours, without any errors. All customer tickets and FAQs were successfully migrated.

What truly stood out was the amazing team behind the service. Even on a Sunday, they responded quickly to a few issues we had with attachments that weren’t properly enabled in Intercom.

For us, this is a service that’s 100% recommended.

There’s nothing we see that needs improvement. Perhaps the mapping of multiple fields from Freshdesk, but that’s it. Other than that, this is the solution if you’re thinking about migrating your helpdesk from one platform to another.

Very impressive tool, great team for a more than reasonable price.  Would happily work with them again.

We were able quickly migrate 10+ years of data from ServiceNow to FreshService - ~200k records.  We did our migration well after our new ITSM instance was live.  We were able to work with the Reolokia team to some customize the migration to essentially merge into what was now good data without loosing history - eg not create old bad cusomer records but retain that information in notes, not migrate bad ticket metadata like defunct categories etc.  

Being able to run demos many times iteratively to show business partners exactly what to expect, vet the tool, and catch some gaps along the way was absolutely key.

Communication across timezones was the only real challenge, which is negligable.  In their effort to keep the tool simple, there is some lack of visibility and control over how hard it hits your services if they are in production.  Again easily mitigated and makes sense given cost, just means you have to think about it.

Migrating ITSMs and sunsetting our old ITSM while remaining compliant.

The team at Relokia were able to customize the out of the box support to enhance what fields of data I needed when migrating from Freshservice to Jira Service Management. We moved two different teams in two separate migrations and everything was very smooth, including our initial migration and our delta migration to capture any midstream changes during the go live.

Their support clarified any questions I had and everything was able to be monitored during the transfer.

The demo functionality was helpful to understand exactly how the final migration work would look.

N/A - just a bit of a delay to communicate due to time zones, but not really a concern.

They have executed the main migration within a coupld of hours and it was done flawlessly. The web site UI is nothing short of incredibly. Attention to details is apparent both in the UI/UX and in the migration procedure and how the data is handled.

The UI makes it easy to great the mappings you need. If problems arise from your migration the support desk fixes them quickly. When the migration is happening you get a nice dashboard of what is happening so you can follow progress.

The price can be quite steep but if you remove some basic not really necessary options the price gets better.

We were moving from Zendesk to Intercom and needed to ensure that we got +10 years of data over to Intercom. All of this, while ensuring that the data was structured correctly, was easy and simple to do with their tool.
We got a very nice demo before we committed and it gave us confidence that the tool would provide what we needed.
Additionally, their support has been great. We were actively using Intercom while the migration was going on, so we had to be very careful of what we did and when we did it.
This also meant them providing support over the weekends and always being fast to respond and solve any issues that happened along the way.
Now we've managed to get 70.000 tickets migrated along with companies, users, and everything else we had so it's all there in our new platform.

We had 2 minor issues during the process of using their tool.
First: When preparing for the migration, you have to run a demo migration. This was not properly warned and started when we didn't expect it to. And due to us actively using the platform we were migrating to, it resulted in automations running in the platform and customers getting confused by emails about very old tickets they had. So a bit of warning before the demo migration starting would be nice.
Second: It ended up creating duplicate companies, although it shouldn't have. But after we had identified these, the team helped us by fixing this problem, so really it was only a minor hiccup that was resolved nicely in the end.

Amazing technical Customer Support team who worked really hard to communicate with us and sanity check our data mappings and logic for the migration. If I wasn't sure on whether a field would migrate or not, they were really good about explaining to me what could and could not be done based on the configurations. 

Additionally, our project changed hands a couple of times and the window to complete the migration was becoming more time-sensitive. When this became apparent, Ira jumped in to help us across the finish line on-time. 

Big shout-out to Ira and Yaroslav for making it as easy as possible to complete this migration into a new system for our team through both email and video calls. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with. Ira made sure the data looked how we needed it to look and even ensured we were able to migrate over the records that were dropped in the first batch. Elvira was also extremely communicative and helpful via their chat when I was monitoring the migration progress in their platform.

Everything went as smoothly as humanly possible once we were able to work in real time together. The team is in a different timezone than our team, but they were very generous with call availability on their calendar. They were also extremely responsive via email, so this wasn't such a blocker in the early stages of exchanging data mappings. We were still able to communicate asynchronously. 

We had a unique situation where we needed to complete the migration urgently, and due to the time difference, we kicked off the customizations and testing the migration calls at 3 am local time. However, this was an enjoyable experience for me since the team was so easy to work with. Once the team became aware of the time-sensitivity, they helped prioritize us with real-time troubleshooting working sessions to get the migration across the finish line. Under different circumstances, we probably would have been able to schedule around the time difference earlier. I would still use Help Desk Migration Services again, even with the timezone difference, because the quality of their work is top tier.

We migrated an archive of tens of thousands of tickets using Help Desk Migration. The tool was easy to use, and the setup steps are well documented! We most appreciated how responsive their support team was; they provided a lot of help and accommodation for our specific requirements.

We splurged for the top-tier support package and it was well worth it. Lightning-fast responses, and they were also able to fix some mapping errors (our fault) in-flight.

It would be nice to have an estimated time of completion show up on the tool.
Specifically for Jira, the documentation should mention that you should turn off all automations during the migration to avoid unnecessary notifications.

I was able to run my test migrations until I got it all working as I expected, then the HDMS team did the rest and migrated all my 30K tickets across from Happyfox to Hubspot.
I had a few issues with the migration but the team worked through this all and got my migration completed in a matter of days.

You can actually perform as many demos, of 20 tickets at a time, eiher random or a list that you enter, to make sure your mapping is correct. At any time, you can chat with an agent and the response is almost instantaneous.

There isn't much to dislike, there are things that are not that obvious, during the mapping, but help was always one chat away. Once you understand a few things, it is fairly easy to use. And you can practice as many times you want.

We acquired 2 companies, the last 3 years or so, both using Zendesk for their support helpdesk. We were using Freshdesk so we had to migrate the data to our application. The last one we did involved migrating close to 30K tickets and, of course, all companies, contacts, agents, etc. There are very few applications that can do this kind of work but Migration Services was the one with the most features. They can even remove the migrated data, in case of failure and restart the process from scratch. Depending on what plan you picked, they can also perform a delta migration, very useful if you are migrating from a live instance to another one that is also live. It worked very nicely and talked quite a few times with their support and they were very useful.

Unable to apply data filters to tickets you wish to migrate at the user level (at least for a Zendesk-to-Jira Service Managment migration). This IS possible, but must be done by the HDM team on their end. I'm happy it's a possibility, but would love to see this as a user-facing feature. This does NOT change my opinion of HDM, and they're still the first thing I think of when ITSM migration comes to mind.

The thought of migrating Knowledge articles from one platform to another was frightening. With this tool and expedient support, I felt like the migration was going to succeed (and it did!)

Our situation seemed unique where we were looking to migrate articles that met specific criteria. It was unfortunate that it was an extra cost to get this filter criteria added to the migration.

**What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helped me solve the issue of migrating articles that contained a ton of data within each article. Items such as videos, URL link, and images would've ben a nightmare to transfer over. With this tool I was able to save countless hours in migration efforts and have my team focus on more important things.
