The migration was a project that is hard to plan from a technical resourcing standpoint. I got everything done myself with no admins or developers involved. The support team (Olena Nestruina) was absolutely amazing and did not let things slide until the challenges that I encountered on the way were resolved even when the items were unrelated to "help desk migration". You can actually perform as many demos, of 20 tickets at a time, either random or a list that you enter, to make sure your mapping is correct. At any time, you can chat with an agent and the response is almost instantaneous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
