What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use tests for prescreening as well as the Interview/code pair functionality in interviews. We create more open ended questionnaires to give us more context of the candidate's experience. The Interview/Code Pair is an actual step in and of itself of the interview process. The preloaded questions are helpful, I've also been told that adding questions is fairly easy. Initially we needed standard assessments applicable to younger populations (middle school, high school), as well as a spectrum of assessments and exercises that serve growing skill levels and role responsibilities. Resumes, transcripts, references, and even verbal interviews alone do not give us the insight we need to accurately understand starting points of our talented team, as well as how best to support their growth, and detailed understanding of progress. Customer feedback gives us another part of the picture, but HackerRank gives us additional important perspective and insight that helps us remain in growth mode, celebrating detailed steps of success. Creating a consistent technical hiring process across the board is what we are trying to achieve since we leverage the platform globally.
