Certified Assessments are easy to create and have leak protection on questions, reducing the manual work for engineers to create questions and grade assessments. **What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?** Analytics and benchmarks are lacking - it is a manual process to determine what cutoff scores should be. We have noticed discrepancies in how candidates from underrepresented backgrounds perform; it would be nice for HackerRank to do more extensive testing to ensure a fair process. **What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large number of applicants, and it helps to test candidates' coding capabilities. ### 2. This must be increased. There are certain skillset in which only one question is present. For example .NET Advanced only one objective MCQ. This is not what we expect as a business user. For all basic, intermediate and advanced complexity variation of questions for every skillset please do make sure you do have adequate number of questions. Keep reviving and updating the questions in library. There were missing basic MCQ flavour questions in certain skillset and have only intermediate flavour and or expert flavours alone disappoints end users as we cannot bring in consistency in skillset evaluations. Overall on immediate priority the number of questions in library has to be increased.
