I face issues with the HackerRank Developer Skills Platform due to a significant leakage of test content, leading to many plagiarism flags. This is a concern as it affects the reliability and integrity of the assessment process. The emergence of generative AI has made it easier for candidates to use such tools to solve problems, which poses a challenge to accurately evaluating genuine coding skills. Additionally, while the platform is quite effective for assessing candidates familiar with competitive programming, it lacks functionality to assess other profiles.
