Online chat function is great, always willing to help **What do you dislike about Go1?** Most of the time i need to ask the online chat to reset passwords as the reset password email is never sent to my users. Would love to have the ability in Go1 to set up sessions that would then generate an invite and an evaluation at the end if the session as well as having access to time spent on a module. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** working with Go1 to try and get an insurance code of practice online module. ### 2. Yes the platform is great and there's a huge amount of high-quality content, but the real value has been partnering with our CSM to solve challenges unique to our business. **What do you dislike about Go1?** We want more data and analytics but that's something the team is working on and investing in. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to transform our manufacturing training from paper and excel. Within a matter of months, we've created a training and assessment solution which is mobile-based and automated, meaning no admin and reporting on capability gaps against a matrix. This is a huge benefit to our business and reduces waste including overtime for face to face training that was not required. We couldn't have done it without the support of the GO1 team and the flexibility of the platform itself. ### 3. Maybe making it more user friendly would help. **Recommendations to others considering Go1:** This Program is great to be utilized with the purpose of informing the employees at work, and keeping them updated on technology/education/ and promotes a culture of life long learning. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With all the safety training modules I have watched through Go1, I am able to identify safety issues out in the field which is reducing the chance of workers getting hurt. ### 8. They are quick to respond to any and all questions and are willing to help in any way. **What do you dislike about Go1?** So far I haven't had any bad experiences with Go1. Nothing to report here. **Recommendations to others considering Go1:** At first I wasn't sure that Go1 would meet my requirements for the type of specific training that I needed but after working with them and explaining what I needed they came up with a perfect resolution. I also was very concerned that my employees would like the training enough to stick with it and that they wouldn't be bored. Most of our employees have taken the training and are happy with it. . We're having some minor technical issues. My rep is working to resolve those and I'm confident that they can be easily taken care of. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** NY is required to provide sexual harassment training to its employees. Go1 has helped in setting up this training as well as management training for some of our managers. ### 9. Vastly superior educational content is available for free on youtube. Vastly superior paid and free content is available on edx, coursera and udemy. **Recommendations to others considering Go1:** If you care about your employees growth and development, you'd be better off finding lectures and training on youtube, or searching for relevant classes on udemy, coursera and edx. I don't know what this service costs, but the free alternatives are vastly superior. All of the websites I mentioned above function flawlessly. GO1 is a broken piece of junk that only works on Internet explorer, and half of the time it doesn't even do that. Please do not pay for this. If you're going to spend any money, you should pay for the certificates after your employees pass accredited courses from edx, coursera and udemy. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideally, GO1 is supposed to provide personal growth and development when downtime occurs. ### 10. Fast reply to our questions, all-round solutions, clear illustration, detailed training. They also very professional and addresses are very detailed questions effectively. **What do you dislike about Go1?** Probably courses can be more refined. Some courses are too lengthy. **Recommendations to others considering Go1:** With little LMS experience, I've found Go1 to be easy to use and serves my purposes very well. When taking courses that had been delivered face-to-face and adapting them for online, the Go1 platform allows me to simulate the classroom and deliver content in an highly interactive way. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The support team has guided us through our setup and been on hand whenever we needed them, and importing and creating courses has been a simple and quick process. I also find their vision for the future delivery of training very exciting. They back this up through regular and ongoing updates and improvements to the system. The software is user friendly and easy to use. I also like that when I first started, I was able to take a an administrative course on how to use GO1 and what I would be able to do **What do you dislike about Go1?** I don't like the way the notification is set up to the employees. Often times they get emails on a courses I assigned them after I have turned the notification on again, even though I assigned them to the course before I turned the notification on. **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are focusing on training our operations team with quick refresher videos. I realized that GO1 offers many courses through on a variety of topics. I have recently been assigning more courses to users in order to improve their soft skills and not just their technical skills. ### 12. It is convenient that the courses remain exactly where you left off. **Recommendations to others considering Go1:** Research all of the courses to make sure you have the ones you want **What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the classes for Scrum to run more effective scrum meetings. There is a training course for almost every topic I've searched for from warehousing to executive courses. **What do you dislike about Go1?** Searching can be overwhelming. The tags are helpful but if someone is not sure what they are looking for it can be overwhelming. When I click on a training course it automatically enrolls you. It's hard to judge a book by its cover, or a training course by its name.
