It was very nice to create a form in forms.app as it is very easy to do. The platform is very intuitive and easy to understand. In general, I have no complaints with the platform, although I should mention that when reviewing the integrations I was excited when WhatsApp was included, since I thought that the form could be integrated with this messaging app, but what it does is include a simple button.
