I was looking for a simple solution to build forms for my rental property management company. This has been fantastic for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No complaints here. Although I would appreciate more variety of out of the box templates to help generate ideas for me to further leverage the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple is the key word here. Forms.App keeps things simple yet ample for what most people are looking in a forms builder. Simple design, simple application. Simple follow throuh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two things I wish Forms.App will build into: 1) Clients can save their responses if they can't finish 2) Have adjustable file sizes for client file uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to jump in start creating, even though I've never made a form before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it automatically saved my progress. There was twice where my browser froze and I lost progress because I didn't click save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This form application stands out by its ease of use - you can create the forms 2 minutes before a meeting/university lecture. The number of "modules" you can pick and settings for your form is mind-blowing; you can ask for payment information, for example. I also love how customisable everything is - the colour schemes, the ability to change the start and end screens, multiple conditions for the form and much more that I'm forgetting. I also like that almost everything you need (and everything I've just explained) is free, but... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing. I feel it's a lot for even the basic pricing to remove a cap of responses per month. For example, one hundred fifty form responses are too few to ask people for feedback at my university. I don't mind keeping the branding, but increasing the caps of responses and views will be more attractive for new users (and teachers, too!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that there are so many customization features available for the individual form questions. I can choose from drop down to multiple selections to text options on the same form. It's all very user-friendly and easy to navigate while I create the forms.This means that my forms are now cleaned up and easy to extract information from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the thing I dislike most is the time selection option in the form. You can only enter one time for each time question. I feel it would be much more useful if it allowed a time range response. When I made one form, I had to put to time questions for start time and end time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that something like this even exists is amazing. We were going to use a google form for people to order from our school cafe but this is so much better! It's just like if you were ordering from an actual restaurant. You can order items and even add options like if you order coffee you can add creamer options and things like that. Small things only, like when I type in the options sometimes I need to space out an option (ex. "Whipped Cream" is 2 words, one option) but instead of a space it makes a new option (ex "Whipped" "Cream"). Also when selecting "stock" I would like it to be a one set number and not have to put a number for each option available for one item (ex. "[6] bagels" only, as opposed to have to put "[6] bagels [6] toasted [6] not toasted [6] with cream cheese [6] without cream cheese" etc..) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the amount of customization that is available when creating forms. If you can think of a type of question, chances are that they have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the responses section would allow you to filter for question responses a little easier. I have to go to the Advanced search part to do it which wasn't so bad. Also, adding in more conditionals for displaying questions based on responses would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of developing surveys with forms.app has made it my go app. There are very easy to customise templates and easy to share link. The app has a very friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

forms.app will be top-notch if it allows for data to be analysed at basic level. I wish I could analyse the date collected on the app too. This for me is a downside to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a turn-key survey submission option that we could customize easily and looked professional for our customers. I looked through a number of different options and forms.app provided the best customization and functionality for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
