It is also a bit buggy and result in a lot of saving/exiting to remove phantom form fields. They have plenty of premade templates to choose from and use or you can even start from scratch and create your own forms, adding name, contact information, various texts, questions,images and other tools to add to your form to make it just as you need! It is literally the perfect form app! **What do you dislike about forms.app?** I don't really dislike much of anything about the app! It's got a very clean and simple layout. It's very user friendly. The forms take just moments to make and you can even share them directly from the app. The ONLY thing I could say I dislike is that (I haven't used all 10 yet so I'm not positive about this) .. But on the apps it shows forms created out of 10 for example 2/10 free..so it seems you can only make 10 free forms but hey if you use the app that much I'm sure it's worth paying for to add and make additional forms. The option to make questions conditionsal on other answers was super helpful, too. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** My main probelm with forms.app was that one of my forms didn't work for some people on some browsers. I didn't figure out what the problem was exactly and so didn't trust that people could submit their feedback. Even more problematic: I couldn't be sure that they'd notice that their submission failed. I didn't want anyone closing their browser and losing all their feedback, so I switched to another provider. That other provider has worse layouts, fewer question-format options, no conditional formatting, but I've had no submission issues so far. The number of "modules" you can pick and settings for your form is mind-blowing; you can ask for payment information, for example. I also love how customisable everything is - the colour schemes, the ability to change the start and end screens, multiple conditions for the form and much more that I'm forgetting. I also like that almost everything you need (and everything I've just explained) is free, but... **What do you dislike about forms.app?** The pricing. I feel it's a lot for even the basic pricing to remove a cap of responses per month. For example, one hundred fifty form responses are too few to ask people for feedback at my university. I don't mind keeping the branding, but increasing the caps of responses and views will be more attractive for new users (and teachers, too!). **What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** Asking people for feedback became way easier after I found forms.app. Receiving feedback on time can benefit other users using your services. I can choose from drop down to multiple selections to text options on the same form. It's all very user-friendly and easy to navigate while I create the forms.This means that my forms are now cleaned up and easy to extract information from. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** I think the thing I dislike most is the time selection option in the form. You can only enter one time for each time question. I feel it would be much more useful if it allowed a time range response. When I made one form, I had to put to time questions for start time and end time. **What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me create various easy to make and use forms for internal surveys and data entry. Instead of having a messy log with 40+ tabs with different information that I have to manually enter each time, we fill the forms and have it automatically included into a tracking log. This saves time from checking hundreds of emails for the information and from having all that information on my main log. It also helps with tracking purposes so we know who checked out materials and we can easily keep track of material usage and stock. ### 45. We were going to use a google form for people to order from our school cafe but this is so much better! It's just like if you were ordering from an actual restaurant. You can order items and even add options like if you order coffee you can add creamer options and things like that. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** Small things only, like when I type in the options sometimes I need to space out an option (ex. "Whipped Cream" is 2 words, one option) but instead of a space it makes a new option (ex "Whipped" "Cream"). Also when selecting "stock" I would like it to be a one set number and not have to put a number for each option available for one item (ex. "[6] bagels" only, as opposed to have to put "[6] bagels [6] toasted [6] not toasted [6] with cream cheese [6] without cream cheese" etc..) **What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has facilitated the need for an organized order form that is asthetically pleasing and easy to use both for vendor and buyer.
