I wish that it would recognize when a form has been deleted. When I started with the free edition to see if I liked the product, I had created a form on accident and it counted towards the total number even after it had been deleted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It lets you create forms quickly and completely. They can even be fun, like quizzes. You can link them with external applications to collect data. I've used other applications before and none were this complete! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd say there's room for improvement when it comes to formatting options. But it's very correct. Forms for sales staff are very effective, but for children, such as very long MCQs with lots of questions, they're not suitable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One slight inconvenience I experienced pertains to compatibility issues with Firefox; I was unable to open the survey on this browser. However, the problem was conveniently resolved by transitioning to Safari. In addition, I feel the free version of forms.app could extend its offerings by increasing the limit on notifications, which are currently restricted to 10. Although these are relatively minor criticisms, refining these areas could significantly enhance the overall user experience and the utility of the free version. I found the fact that there were a lot of already available templates very nice. It helped me to create a form I wanted a lot quicker and hassle free. Additionally the form itself looked cleaner than those of others. Of course the biggest competition would be Google forms but it doesn't have nearly enough customisation options unlike forms.app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whilst forms.app works well for polls or printed out tests, it os not really the greatest for online quizes which was my primary use case. In that sense interactive applications like kahoot, Quizlet or again Google forms do a better job. While the method has been effective for me, it presents a challenge as my students come from diverse linguistic backgrounds, and it's not feasible to cater to all of them simultaneously. I attempted to bypass this issue by using a translation tool but encountered difficulties.
