## folk Reviews
 ### 1. Simple Yet Powerful CRM That Fits Modern Relationship Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris O. | European Pink Ribbon Post Rehab InstructorTraining Provider, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

What I value most is the balance between simplicity and capability. Having used ACT for over 30 years, I was concerned about losing functionality when moving to a lighter system, but that has not been the case.

Folk does everything I need without the complexity or cost of a traditional CRM, and in some areas it goes further. The ability to capture and organise data directly from email and WhatsApp interactions is particularly impressive and fits far better with how I now work.

It feels like a modern, practical tool designed around real relationship management rather than rigid database structures.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

There are a couple of areas where improvement would make a meaningful difference.

Firstly, the ability to link more than one WhatsApp account, for example business and personal, would be very valuable and better reflect how many of us manage client communication.

Secondly, I have experienced delays with support. I raised two requests relating to Folk not picking up multiple Outlook email accounts, and despite these being escalated following a call with a Folk consultant, I have not received a resolution or update for over a month. More responsive follow up on support queries would improve confidence.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk solves the problem of managing a large number of relationships without the complexity and rigidity of a traditional CRM.

In my work, contacts come from multiple sources, email, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and keeping track of conversations, follow ups, and context can quickly become fragmented. Folk brings this together in a simple, coherent way, allowing me to see the full picture of each relationship without needing to manually log everything.

The benefit is both time saving and clarity. I spend less time managing the system and more time engaging with clients, while still maintaining a structured overview of my network. It supports a more natural way of working, which is particularly important in a consultancy business where relationships are central.

 ### 2. Effortless Setup and Integration, a Game-Changer for Sales Momentum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willem G. | Owner, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

I loved the simple setup and easy integration. You install, connect your email and WhatsApp and install the Chrome plugin for LinkedIn, and you are running. The learning curve is easy, and the value it brings to my business is huge.

I used to miss conversations on LinkedIn, finding it difficult to build momentum. Still, Folk has helped me never to miss a conversation again while easily building momentum in my sales efforts. Because of the Chrome plugin, it saves me a load of time and labour capturing and enriching contacts because it draws all the information from LinkedIn, and it also enriches the contact's details.

Their help files and help videos cover almost everything you might ask. That said, their customer support is quick and puts a lot of effort into helping you.

I use this product every day, 7 days a week, and it has helped me to create a consistent rhythm in my sales activities.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I wish their help files had a section that showed workflows for people in different markets and different ways of use. Once you find your workflow then you get a lot done very quickly.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starting, following up, and pushing sales conversations forward can get complex and overwhelming very quickly, and the result is lost conversations and opportunities. Folk has solved that problem for me completely.

 ### 3. Efficient Contact Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Senior Operations & Sustainability Manager, Paper & Forest Products, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

As someone managing hundreds of forestry suppliers, logistics partners, and sustainability regulators, I rely heavily on Folk’s contact grouping and timeline features. Being able to categorize contacts by supply chain segment, sustainability project, or regulatory body keeps everything organized, and the built-in interaction log makes team handovers seamless—no more digging through shared emails to find past discussions. The clean, no-fuss interface meant my team was up and running in hours, and the GDPR-aligned data controls give us peace of mind when handling sensitive partner information.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Folk falls short in a few key areas for our industry. The tagging system isn’t flexible enough to handle our custom forestry and ESG-focused categories, so we end up using workarounds to label suppliers by certification type or sustainability program. Bulk imports from our old spreadsheets were buggy, and we had to manually clean up duplicate contacts afterward. Integration with our SCM and ESG tracking tools is limited, which means we’re constantly copying data back and forth instead of syncing automatically. The reporting tools are also too rigid—we can’t easily pull tailored partner activity reports for our quarterly sustainability reviews.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Folk, our team was juggling spreadsheets, generic contact tools, and scattered email threads, leading to missed follow-ups and inconsistent partner records. Folk brought everything into one centralized place, cutting down on the time we spend searching for contact details or communication history. The GDPR-compliant setup also simplified our data governance checks, which is critical for our EU-based operations. That said, the lack of industry-specific features and integrations keeps it from being a perfect fit.

 ### 4. Modern, Lightweight CRM with Clean UI and Great Lead Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

The best aspect of this platform is that it's a very modern and lightweight CRM to manage leads across the lifecycle. Their interface is very clean, and organising contacts in this platform is easy and detailed. I also like the tracking mechanism for this CRM platform, from tracking the lead communication to engagement and follow-ups, with chrome extension and LinkedIn integration is very effective to track the lead communication and engagement in social media channels as well.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Though this platform is simple and flexible, it do lacks some sales features such as advanced pipeline management, forecasting and detailed reporting. Their automation and workflow capabilities are a bit limited and need further fine-tuning. Their integration ecosystem is also a bit limited, needs wider options in this aspect.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk solves the problem of a fragmented relationship of data across emails, office apps like spreadsheets and social media channels. It centralises all the data from different modules. Organising contacts and relationships is very intutive from tracking interactions across channels to collaborating with teams on outreach and even follow-ups.

 ### 5. Streamlined B2B Communication, But Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pekar C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I appreciate how Folk balances simplicity and practicality for Hong Kong’s fast-paced B2B environment. It doesn't overload users with unnecessary features, and every part of it feels built for real-world team collaboration and client communication. I love how naturally it fits into our daily workflow without needing heavy training or complicated onboarding. The clean and intuitive interface allows even colleagues who aren’t tech-savvy to use it effectively from day one. I also really value its stability and responsiveness, especially when working across different time zones or with multiple stakeholders. It rarely has downtime or glitches, which is crucial for maintaining smooth client interactions and meeting tight deadlines. The initial setup of Folk was straightforward and hassle-free, which is a big plus for our small but busy team.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

The biggest gap is around advanced reporting and customization. For client updates and internal compliance, we sometimes need more tailored dashboards or export options. Right now, the reporting is functional but basic, so we end up manually adjusting data for stakeholder presentations.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Folk to reduce miscommunication with clients, expedite decision-making, and fortify our B2B relationships. It keeps communication approachable and genuine, aligning with Hong Kong's business style, and avoids corporate friction for faster project approvals and consistent stakeholder interaction.

 ### 6. Intuitive and simple for managing contacts, but limited in analysis and integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florencia María C. | Senior Operation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

It is its simplicity and focus on relationships: it is very intuitive (spreadsheet-like) and allows you to organize contacts and track them quickly without complications.

Additionally, it automates tasks such as tracking and enriching contacts, which saves time and improves daily management.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

What I don't like about Folk CRM is that it has limited advanced features: little analysis, fewer integrations, and it falls short for larger teams.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve problems like disorganized contacts, lack of follow-up, and manual work in customer management.

This benefits me because it centralizes information, automates tasks, and helps me improve follow-up and conversions more quickly and efficiently.

 ### 7. Effortless Sales Prospecting with Seamless LinkedIn Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan H. | Sr. Employee Advocate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk is truly one of the easiest and most valuable tools I have encountered in my sales career. What makes it stand out? The 1-click LI integration seamlessly pulls in accurate data, which has significantly enhanced my outreach efforts. I can then sequence prospects directly within either the web or desktop app, making it feel as though I have a dedicated enrichment and sales prospecting partner working in the background to support my side hustles.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

The main drawback I find with folk is the absence of a mobile app. While this is understandable considering LinkedIn's user experience, I still wish there were a much more advanced version available.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk makes it easy and affordable for me to find accurate prospect data, which has been a tremendous help in both my side hustle and my day job. It has really boosted my confidence when reaching out to potential clients.

 ### 8. Great for Organizing My Contacts and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob H. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

Very easy to use and intuitive. The one-click enrichment feature is amazing for instantly adding pertinent data to my contacts. I like that I'm able to organize my contacts into different groups and categories. It also makes it easy to stay on top of follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

It may be a bit limited in terms of deeper features and customization compared to more advanced CRMs. For my purposes, it has more than enough features to satisfy my requirements.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay organized with my contacts and manage relationships more effectively. I’m able to track communication, set follow-ups, and keep everything in one place, which saves time and helps me stay consistent with outreach.

 ### 9. Great integrations, but overall experience needs improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay K. | Typist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

Multi-Channel Integrations: Connects with Gmail, Outlook, and other tools, offering centralized communication history.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

This is very useful this are safe and usually very nice

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This Tools like a Salesforce or even HubSpot can feel heavy if you’re running a full sales org. Folk is strips things is down so you’re not forced into pipelines, jargon, or complex setup.

 ### 10. Seamless Data Imports That Pull Everything Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise @ L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I like that it can import and pull data from my other platforms.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

It isn’t very keyboard-user-friendly—for example, Ctrl+End or Return/Enter don’t work the way I’d expect. It also relies quite heavily on mouse usage. As a keyboard touch typist and data-entry expert, that can be pretty annoying.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing data together and ease of emailing.

 ### 11. Easy Setup, Great LinkedIn Integration, and Lightning-Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille C. | SEM / SEA Consultant - Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk is very easy to set up and use. The integration with LinkedIn to import and enrich contacts is great! Customer support is incredible: they reply within seconds and are very friendly and solution-oriented. Thanks!

**What do you dislike about folk?**

For now, there isn’t much to say—I’m only just starting my journey ;)

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk lets me quickly and easily generate lists of leads imported from LinkedIn, and then reach out to them in bulk with personalized emails.

This helps our sales team stay more focused on the customer journey.

 ### 13. Enrichment and AI? Yes, please!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

The enrichment and AI capabilities are top of mind. Email validation and enrichment is a real chore. Hunter.io and other tools can be helpful...sure. But Folk CRM makes it possible to just click a button and MAGIC, emails are enriched. I'm saving money and spending time and energy. Most importantly, I can segment my emails faster and get to the parts of the work that require the most creative energy: strategy, messaging, and content.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I've used a lot of CRMs – all of them, almost. I don't have any real dislikes with Folk. That's what I like about it so much.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk is my CRM and parent database for all customer/prospect data.

 ### 14. Powerful software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy M. | President and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

folk is great for our small team. We have the funcitonality we need without extras that we don't need. The email campaign capabilities are affordable and provide great insights to make data-driven decisions. Learning how to use it was easy and integration with email and LinkedIn have saved me somuch time! I use it every day and it keeps me organized and makes it easy to answer pipeline related questions.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

One of my future wishes for folk would be the ability to add contacts mid email campaign.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team recently moved from one organization to another. With the moved we lost our previous CRM and our marketing person. folk has enabled me to replace the previous CRM and quickly (within 90 days) create new dashboards, track new leads, and provide an email marketing campaign tool all within the same software.

 ### 15. Effortless Contact Management with a User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elma M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I use Folk to manage contacts and relationships, and it helps me keep track of people, conversations, and follow-ups without feeling like a heavy CRM. I like how clean and easy it is to use. The interface feels natural and is great for relationship-based tracking rather than sales pressure. I enjoy the fact that it saves me time and keeps things organized. It was so easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I don't like the fact that some advanced features are limited and it's not ideal if you need deep sales automation or complex reporting.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Folk to manage contacts and relationships, keeping track of people, conversations, and follow-ups, creating an organized workflow, and reducing stress.

 ### 16. The simplest CRM I’ve ever actually enjoyed using.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barrett S. | Business Dev/PM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t bury me in clutter. Enrichment is one-click and saves me hours of research, pulling in roles, emails, and context automatically. The smart fields and lightweight structure make it easy to keep my pipeline moving without needing a full-time admin. I can import, enrich, and segment my leads in minutes instead of days. And the Sales Navigator click-to-add and Magic Fields let me get creative with my process, building a flow that feels custom without being heavy.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

When I re-import or update records, it’s easy to lose some notes or custom statuses, which is frustrating. Bulk editing and duplicate handling still feel a little limited compared to bigger CRMs. It’s the trade-off of simplicity: I’d love a touch more safety nets for data hygiene. That said, none of these are deal-breakers—the speed and ease outweigh the downsides.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk solves the classic “spreadsheet CRM” problem—too many disorganized leads, no consistent notes, and wasted time chasing data. Now I can enrich, segment, and track all my glass and millwork contacts in one clean place. It saves hours per week, keeps follow-ups consistent, and makes it easy to spot high-signal prospects. The integration with Sales Navigator and Magic Fields lets me run creative workflows that bigger CRMs make clunky or impossible.

 ### 17. Effortless Contact Management, Needs Advanced Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlana S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

I love how simple and intuitive Folk is, which makes managing contacts, tracking conversations, and staying on top of follow-ups effortless. The seamless integration of notes, reminders, and email tracking in one place truly streamlines my workflow and enhances my efficiency in managing relationships. Additionally, its easy setup allowed me to quickly import contacts, organize lists, and start tracking outreach without any complications. Folk's intuitive nature has significantly elevated how I handle contact management and outreach, making it far superior to previous tools like Google Sheets and basic CRMs.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

One thing that could be improved is adding more advanced reporting and analytics. While Folk is great for organization and outreach, having deeper insights into performance and engagement would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Folk to streamline client relationship management, organizing leads, follow-ups, and conversations efficiently in one place, enhancing workflow and ensuring no opportunities are missed.

 ### 18. Effortless Contact Management, Needs Better Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mckneely S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I like Folk's unmatched balance of simplicity, flexibility, and global cross-team collaboration. The initial setup was exceedingly fast and frictionless.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I don't like that there is no Salesforce pre-sales prospect sync. We use Folk for early-stage/prospect nurturing, but there’s no native sync to push these contacts to Salesforce when they move into the formal sales pipeline. Our US/APAC BD teams have to manually export/import Folk contacts to Salesforce, leading to duplicate records and lost relationship context like meeting notes and email history from Folk.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk unifies contact data across regions, solving siloed storage issues, and provides the flexibility missing in enterprise CRMs for ad-hoc relationship tracking.

 ### 19. Effortless Contact Management with Seamless Integration to Linkedin

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon D. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

In looking for a CRM for my small consultancy business I wanted something that would help me track partners from networking as well as potential clients/leads. So the FolkX integration with LinkedIn was a no brainer, making it really easy to push rich contacts into the CRM. The integration with GMail and Whatsapp have also been really useful, so much just happens on autopilot!

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Folk is an amazing CRM, it's not as fully featured for email marketing as some others and doesn't have functionality for things like landing pages, website activity tracking or rich HTML email campaigns...but to be fair that's not the core offer. I'd like to see stronger integrations in those areas but what it does do already is great.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of the contacts I make at networking events and conferences, as well as managing my sales pipeline of leads.

 ### 20. Well-Organized, Easy to Use, and Accurate Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Owner/Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

It does what I need it to do, is well organized visually, easy to use and doesn't have an overwhleming number of features I'm forced to pay for. Also the Enrichment capabilities are accurate and a big help.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

So far I enjoy it and do not have anything share that I dislike

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be well organized with the contacts I have. It keeps everything simple and right in front of me.

 ### 21. User-Friendly and Efficient, with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I find Folk to be very user-friendly; the layout is clear and simple, making it easy for me to maintain my contacts. Additionally, linking it with my calendar and email was easy, and it was easy to set up and include into my workflow. I use it frequently since it truly helps me stay organised, and the number of functions feels just appropriate for what I need without being overwhelming. Although I haven't needed customer service very much, when I have, the responses have been prompt and helpful. All things considered, Folk greatly improves the efficiency and smoothness of connection management.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

There are a couple things I dislike about Folk, even though it's generally simple to use and works well with my calendar and email. Certain jobs may feel constrained because some aspects that I anticipated are either absent or not as strong as I had wanted. Even though the setup was simple, it took longer than I anticipated to customise several features, and I've occasionally wished the interface had a little more flexibility. Although I don't frequently contact customer service, when I did, the responses were not as quick as I would have liked. These minor annoyances appear more frequently than I would like because I use Folk frequently.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk resolves the widespread issue of disorganised contact information and the strain of maintaining business contacts. Folk consolidates contacts into a single location and updates them automatically, eliminating the need to manage contacts across email, calendars, spreadsheets, and notes. This makes it easier for me to retain important information about partners and clients, keep track of follow-ups, and manage relationships more effectively. As a result, I minimise lost opportunities, spend less time manually entering data, and feel more assured that I'm successfully fostering significant business relationships.

 ### 22. Lightweight CRM that gets it right

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuval Y. | Principal / Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk supports my needs for a lightweight CRM for a small boutique consultancy. It's easy to implement (there's no implementation actually). Customer support was swift when I had a few questions about how to integrate with the rest of my tech stack. I use it as my primary CRM - integrating with my LinkedIn and G Suite accounts. I love how enrichment is integrated, smooth, and doesn't require me to go to external tools.
I've used the email campaigns a few times and probably need to use them more often.
I'm integrating with my Kit.com and Savvycal accounts to feed new prospects into my CRM. Plenty of power that I haven't tapped into yet (but plan to)

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Integration with linkedin can be flaky sometimes - but that's to be expected with how hard Linkedin is trying to block third-party players, especially smaller ones like Folk...
I'd love my Linkedin DMs to be integrated and to enable some Linkedin Automation (a la Dux Soup or Dripify) .
I'd also love a richer integration with Kit - e.g. bring over tags.
Enrichment is nice when it works, but there are cases where it leaves you hoping for a stronger (full waterfall?) enrichment capability.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking my Sales, Bizdev/Partnership and other outbound funnels. Researching potential follow up / prospecting for past clients

 ### 23. Seamless CRM with Great Integrations, But Email Sync Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

I like Folk CRM is not complicated. It's seamless, provides integrations and custom features that make day-to-day operations easy. As a serial social entrepreneur, a well-integrated CRM is essential and Folk makes it easy to know my ecosystem of connections.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

When emails are sent through Folk CRM, it does not automatically show as sent in email account such as outlook. Also, the plugin is GREAT, but would be beneficial if the Linkedin extension was integrated more in an IOS feature

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk CRM is enabling me to segment my entire ecosystem from mentors, advisors, funders and donors. It provides the ability for me to visually see my network, connections and funding oppourtunities.

 ### 24. Feels like a LinkedIn-native CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nihat O. | Co-Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

It fits naturally into my workflow with the Chrome extension that lets me add and organize contacts straight from LinkedIn. The UI is clean, intuitive, and fast. Saving leads via one click on LinkedIn saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Creating deals still requires some manual work. I can save leads to lists in Folk with one click, which is great - but would be even better if deals could be created automatically.

To be fair, this is common with most CRMs. But since Folk feels so lightweight and smooth for tracking people and companies, I wish the deal pipeline had that same seamless experience.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk helps me stay organized across LinkedIn and Gmail. I use it to manage conversations with both customers and investors. It makes it easy to track who I’ve talked to, when to follow up, and where each relationship stands - all in one place.

 ### 25. Very Easy to Implement and Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

very easy to implement and use unlike Salesforce, Hubspot or even Pipedrive

**What do you dislike about folk?**

No Calendar - lacks a Dashboard where you can see what your da, week or month has - Dasboard should show who are the top activity contacts and the outstanding tasks and follow ups .

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to upload contacts add a pipeline and track activity -

 ### 26. Folk the is trying to be a good CRM with AI features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashfaq A. | Director of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

They were not true to their word. I was promised something but that did not come through.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Nothing much... needs to work on the number of credits provided.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me manage my sales pipeline very well.

 ### 27. Powerful, Intuitive LinkedIn Contact Management with Excellent Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

It's an amazingly powerful and inutitive tool to pull together all my LinkedIn contacts and to funnel them into manageable buckets for my CRM. Enrichment is amazing as well.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I'd love more enrichment credits as a one off rather than having to upgrade. I'm not sure I can buy more credits.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of my CRM and enabling targeted campaigns

 ### 28. Easy to Use and Intuitive—Even for Old farts like me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** carl g. | Founder & CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

easy to use and fairly intuitive for old people

**What do you dislike about folk?**

getting set up properly and arranging all the automations

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

bring all of our comms and both sides of our market place together

 ### 29. modern CRM that keeps our partnerships and VC pipeline organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lala T. | Head of AI Lab, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk has become the central hub for our AI lab’s relationship management. It’s incredibly easy to organize partners, investors, and ongoing conversations without things slipping through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Email integrations can feel limited at times, and occasionally syncing takes a moment longer than expected. None of these issues are deal-breakers, but they’re areas that could be improved as the platform grows.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk helps our team stay aligned across all partnership and VC communication. Before using it, we relied on scattered spreadsheets and Slack threads, which made it hard to see where each relationship stood. Now we have a single source of truth for conversations, intros, follow-ups, and fundraising pipelines.

 ### 30. Personalized Outreach Made Easy with an Investor-Ready List

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

I can personalize emails, and there’s an investor-ready list where I can enrich their email details and start reaching out to them personally.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Their pricing is really high, and their AI features aren’t that good.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customizing each email personally with recipients’ names, companies, etc. would require endless manual sending just to keep the personalization going.

 ### 31. A delightfully simple CRM that helps you focus on what matters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk combines elegance with practicality in a way that’s genuinely refreshing. The interface is clean, modern, and super intuitive, no unnecessary complexity, just what you need to manage relationships efficiently.

It fits perfectly into a Notion-first workflow and makes it easy to track clients, leads, and conversations without jumping between tools. I also really value how customizable everything is, from tags to pipelines to views.

As a consultant, it helps me stay on top of things without ever feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

The only thing I currently find a bit limited is the reporting functionality. While it’s not a pressing issue at the moment, I can see the need for more advanced, KPI-focused reporting tools as the business scales.

It would be great to get deeper insights in the future, especially for growing teams or more data-driven decisions. That said, the current setup still covers the essentials quite well.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a central, flexible solution to manage all my client relationships in one place, without the complexity of traditional CRMs.

Folk solves this perfectly. I love how easy it is to create custom fields and status labels, just like in Notion, so I can tailor everything to my workflow. The built-in AI enrichment is a huge bonus, it helps me save time by automatically pulling in useful details about contacts.

Overall, it gives me clarity and structure without any of the usual CRM friction.

 ### 32. Adds Valuable Context with LinkedIn Logo Imports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Importing company logos and pictures from LinkedIn, gives my pipeline so much more context. We are also selling into a niche sector and the ability to customise fields to our specific sector is one of the reasons we chose Folk over other CRMs.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

If we could layer SaaS metrics into the customer dashboards that would be cool. Or even integrate with a financial CRM like Fathom.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate how this tool allows me to pinpoint the key decision makers within my target companies and provides a clear way to visualise my sales pipeline. It’s especially helpful that it’s easy to customise for a niche sector.

 ### 33. Versatile and Flexible—Data Freedom Makes Folk Truly Ours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach H. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

The versatility is really refreshing, I love that we are free to export all our data... I can understand if your tool is mediocre and you don't want people to start to think they could migrate elsewhere; however, in Folk's case I love to export and then reimport with added fields/values -- the freedom means we can really make it ours :)

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I don't hate anything and don't have a ton of feedback on this. I have a couple of suggestions, but that's about it.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk is my central hub for all my contacts, which is hugely beneficial because otherwise the data lives in disperate systems.

 ### 34. Superb, human, attentive Customer Support Team that makes the Product feel live

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva D. | Head of Distribution, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

What I like best about folk - beside its functionality and ease of use - is its customer support team! Any time I asked for help, they have been there to assist me, and you get to speak straight to real people. They listen to your feedback and ideas too, it really does feel like they're building the product directly to your needs. Honestly, this is much better value than anything else.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Can't really think of much! At the level that I'm using it (I'm a small startup) I actually feel that the functionalities that Folk offers are spot on, and thanks to that, the CRM itself does not feel overwhelming. Everything can be found easily

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out mass emails, tracking interactions, acting as my main database of my email contacts, building investor lists

 ### 35. Great UX, Even Greater Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjeeb T. | Sr. Nocode and Automation Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

What I appreciate most about Folk is its exceptional UX - everything feels intuitive and thoughtfully designed. The support team has been incredibly responsive and proactive, even going as far as developing new features based on my specific needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and took the time to understand my goals and challenges, offering solutions that truly helped.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

One small frustration is not being able to rename native fields, but it’s a minor issue—and I’m confident the team will improve this in future updates.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk helps manage hundreds (even thousands) of contacts in one place, and it’s incredibly fast. The interface makes it easy to navigate, search, and find the right people quickly—saving time and improving workflow.

 ### 36. folk: Best-Value CRM with Brilliant AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

We reviewed a few different CRMs - folk was the best CRM for the investment plus the AI intergration is brilliant

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Would like to see more flexibility to sort and search by all criteria

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gave us CRM at a good price

 ### 37. Folk: User-Friendly and Easy to Get Up and Running

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine E. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk is user friendly and easy to get up and running without a lot of time or effort.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

I don't really have anything to say about the application that I don't like.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk is supporting my recruitment business with both managing candidates and clients.

 ### 38. Enrichment to get working mail is magic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giuseppe T. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Folk is very easy to use. After few minuts I was working fast and well.Opening Linkedin and ass persons just with one claick was amazing...But best feature was enrichment...when you add a contact from Linkedin you get personal mail and major issue was to find working mail address. Now with just one click folk found the right one, so that uou can send massive mail campaign without any bouncing back problem

**What do you dislike about folk?**

When you add a contact from Linkedin company name could be different so that checking list of contacts in a company you find only one person! I learned that I have to check company name I am using to add the right one

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking mail sent to a contact and interaction like phone calls or Teams meetings

 ### 39. Effortless Onboarding and Flexible, Lightweight App

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuval N. | VC Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

The onboarding process has beed super easy, and the app is very flexible yet light-weight

**What do you dislike about folk?**

still learning what could be done from a network intelligence perspective

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to make our connection network visible and manageable as a VC

 ### 40. Crystal-Clear Database Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Augustin B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about folk?**

clarity of databases/organisation of contacts, ease of use

**What do you dislike about folk?**

integration with phoning apps, problem with siganture in emails, will need french hosting or self hosted option for security puprpose

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing contacts easily, gain time

 ### 41. Simple and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

I like that the product is simple and easy to use. Unlike other CRM products out there which are over the top with so many functions and options, I found Folk to do exactly what I was after without the clutter and overwhelming experience I felt trying other CRM softwares

**What do you dislike about folk?**

So far there is nothing that I dislike about the product.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folk create a simple and easy to use software for CRM purposes. Nothing over the top, does exactly what I want and doesn't overwhelm the user with so many features and options. For small businesses who really just need a CRM software to track their sales pipeline, Folk is the best software I have found that does what I want and I tried many different softwares before (Clickup, Hubspot, MondayCRM,Pipedrive)

 ### 42. Pleasant surprise for CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Email enrichment and unlimited contact database uploads

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Still has a lot of functional kinks to be worked out

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Folk in our investor outreach campaign. They have an existing large list of investors from different sectors that you can simply plug into the CRM to start your outreach campaign. One big problem they solve is their unlimited contacts upload. Many other CRMs cap their contacts upload with a limit, theirs is unlimited. One huge benefit is having quite a generous "contact enrichment" service that is bundled into their pricing. That was the kicker for us. The ability to directly upload contacts you are viewing in LinkedIn into Folk is also a huge benefit and time saver.

 ### 43. I do not like CRMs at all but I love FOLK CRM.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy L. | Go To Market Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Enrichment feature that pull info from LinkedIn - both contact info as well as messages. Love that it intregrates with Outlook. Help desk is responsive and very helpful. Love how easy it is to use. Love the Zapier connection with calendly so all booked calls make it into the right group and place in the pipeline! Love that you can have people in different groups. Love the merge feature and that you can keep both emails!

**What do you dislike about folk?**

would love for emails sent from folk to also be captured in outlook. Would love to save messages straight form persons profile vs having to go into the msg area. I am sure they will get to that.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many people to keep up with and without folk i am missing revenue opps.

 ### 44. Excellent Interface and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eyal F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

The interface is excellent, and the integrations work seamlessly. I also appreciate the prompt customer service.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

The number of enrichment credits feels somewhat limited, and I also find that software upgrades happen a bit too often.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing all my contacts together into one central source of truth has been very helpful.

 ### 45. Nightmarish Experience: Lost Years of Data Twice

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

The aesthetics and design of the app prove to be unique and exciting for someone with ADHD, but it’s just that. Aesthetics. Prepare to have your data lost. Surface without the substance.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Warning DO NOT USE this app! They’ll loose YEARS of your data ( TWICE ) and they won’t have ways of retrieving it. It’s such a frustrating app to use. I was consistently in customer support threads for issues. Spent thousands of dollars for lead generation to application in Folk and it was all wiped right under me with no way of retrieving. So devastated and ultimately will leave and never come back.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s not solving anything.

 ### 46. Best compromise betwwen CRM, project leading, enrichment and mail sequences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stéphane L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2024

**What do you like best about folk?**

- The possibilities to create our own fields
- The possibility to create multiple workflow and pipe for both outreaching or project leading
- the based link with linkedin
- easy to use and setup

**What do you dislike about folk?**

- A lack of some basic features like automatic link with linkedin when send a message. We need to cut paste the message send to create an intercation et paste this one. Annoying !
- Setup automatic tasks and reminders when we go on pipeline (when i put my lead in this step it means i will do a mail in 15 days. Create a reminder automatically
- Select more than one lead to cut paste something in volume or create a reminder
- There is no space about tasks

So there are some natural and basics features that dont't exist and i am asking myself why though it seems to be logical to do it

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM simply and avoid me to take more and more digital tools to enrich and to have a basic email marketing tool
So 1 tool to rule them all :)

 ### 47. The CRM that does personal and business all too well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cedric C. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about folk?**

Building lists for various (and very different) purposes. Their Chrome extension makes extracting profile data from LinkedIn (I use this the most but also other platforms like Twitter and such) a breeze. It enriches your data on demand and enables sending email sequences to your top prospects. I use it daily and it was so easy to setup.
Oh and their customer support is on top of things and super speedy!

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Still a lack of native integrations with other tools but the workaround is to use automation tools like Zapier or Make to make it happen. Still a young offering, so there are a few CRM basics that are only launching now, like Deals (but it's launching now).

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to extract my Tier 1 type of prospects and build list that are relevant and up to date thanks to built-in enrichment is great. Also I build lists for various different uses. I think any solopreneur, consultant or early stage startup should use this tool.

 ### 48. Easy to get the hang of

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

It's super easy to get set-up, I also liked that you input your contacts and you can easily add contacts as you go, versus another similiar CRM that I tried that pulled ALL my emails that I'd ever sent. It's still early days and we've just added our team to folk so let's see but so far, so good!

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Still a little buggy, for example, syncing up when you add someone on LinkedIn and then you also email them, ensuring they merge etc could be improved. However, really love the enrich feature!!

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a source of truth for our whole team as we have multiple layers of outreach and inbound for the work we do so we needed folk to keep us all in the loop!

 ### 49. Simple, accessible, flexible, practical

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esther B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

Good customer support
Love the Canban for sales funnel and flexible labelling systems
Intuitive
Integration with Linkedin and enrichment features are great

**What do you dislike about folk?**

More advice/ pre made templates for dashboards and reports would be good for beginners
The integration to google mail doesn't always pick up the interaction history - might be user error!

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sales funnel management. follow ups

 ### 50. Sleek UI. Move fast.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler D. | Investor Relations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about folk?**

I like the enrichment feature. Support is very prompt to help you organize and get the most use of the platform. So many APIs to gather data. Very competitive pricing.

**What do you dislike about folk?**

Sometimes it takes too long to load. Deciding which template to use could be more useful to know. Not overwhelming though, unlike many other platforms. Great mission.

**What problems is folk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently fundraising for our startup. I am leveraging it to help manage our investor relations and outreach efforts.
