Fleetsmith is extremely robust and intuitive. The interface is extremely sleek and appealing. Their customer support team is absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I also really enjoy their archive feature. You can archive old devices without removing them so you can see what you had before in case you need it. Adding new apps to policies is so easy. Compared to JAMF and Addigy I would definitely take Fleetsmith over the other two any day.
Fleetsmith will also help you set up DEP easily. They have instructions laid out for you so its really easy to set up. They are also SOC2 Compliant if anyone needs that.
What do you dislike?
I dont have too many things that I dislike right now. I wish this would work with windows computers and also I wish that it would allow custom packages.
Hopefully they are working on some of these things but I am still pretty content with all of the features.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm using Fleetsmith to manage our macs efficiently and also to be SOC2 compliant. We had to switch from Addigy to Fleetsmith. Fleetsmith is very easy to use and I must commend them on their wonderful user interface.
