What do you dislike about Deel IT?

what I dislike most is the withdrawal fees and currency conversion costs. They add up noticeably depending on the payout method (like bank transfers or certain options), and they're often higher than alternatives like Wise or direct transfers I've used before. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered at times when managing invoices or scheduling withdrawals, making quick adjustments more fiddly than necessary. Customer support is generally okay for basic stuff, but it can get slower during busy periods or for trickier issues, which is frustrating when you're waiting on funds. What do you like best about Deel IT?

I had a good experience for the past year, my payments are always on time, my work related documents are prompting me to update them, the security of the account allows me to trust this more than other options. when i changed my phone I wasnt able to log in as the authenticator app was giving different codes, but i just booked a consultation with a representative who did a thorough identification and then reset my credentials. I am thankful and would recommend to anyone. I can always check my account and can use it for multiple companies i work with. all is wasy to use and makes life easier. What do you like best about Deel IT?

It’s the fastest way I know to get paid as a contractor. It’s easy to use, and the support team responds in a timely manner whenever I need help. I also use my deel card all the time for online shopping without being charge extra for the change of currency and i also like that i can have a small loan immediately approved in case of an emergency. What do you dislike about Deel IT?

The 25$USD fee that is deducted every month to keep the account, but also the fee that is deducted every time a transaction is made. For example when i transfer the funds from deel to my bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deel IT?

I use Deel in my day-to-day contractor workflow to manage my remote engagement with an international client. In practice, I rely on the platform to review and sign my contract, track task-based earnings, monitor my weekly payment cycle, and manage invoices and compliance documentation. For example, after completing assigned tasks, I can clearly see earnings reflected in the dashboard, verify the payment cycle, and download invoices and transaction records for documentation and tracking.

The platform gives full transparency into contract terms, payment schedules, and payment status. I regularly use the dashboard to check payment progress, review contract updates, and ensure compliance requirements are completed. The automated handling of documentation and compliance reduces manual work and prevents administrative errors.

Another strong aspect is the centralized workflow. Instead of managing contracts, invoices, and payment tracking across multiple systems, everything is integrated into one secure dashboard. This makes remote contractor work structured, predictable, and easier to manage on an ongoing basis.

What I like most about Deel IT is their customer support and how reliable the platform is. When I first started using it I had a few questions and even made a small mistake on my account. The live chat support replied very quickly and helped me fix everything in just a few minutes. Since then, I've felt confident using the platform. What do you dislike about Deel IT?

Honestly there isn't much I dislike. One small limitation is that the Deel Card does not allow cash withdrawals from ATMs. This isn't a major issue for me since I mostly use digital payments, but having the option to withdraw cash directly from the card would make it even more convenient. What do you like best about Deel IT?

When working remotely, this has honestly been one of the best and most reliable tools I’ve used. It’s super easy to create an account and get started, and I really like having everything in one place instead of juggling different apps for every little thing. It also works well for payroll and time-tracking, depending on how the company sets things up.

Something I’ve noticed and really appreciate is that they’re adding more connections with local banks. That’s made withdrawals a lot faster, for example, here in Colombia I can now get my money within a few hours, which is huge. Ever since I started working remotely, I’ve been paid through Deel. I really appreciate their flexibility with different currencies and payment methods. The platform is easy to navigate, and they even offer Deel Advance for some contracts, which is great when you need an extra boost. Overall, I don’t really have any complaints—the experience has been very smooth. All the information regarding contracts and finance is clear and transparent.
