**What do you like best about Deel IT?**

I use Deel IT to receive payments for my work as an interpreter, and it helps me track my earnings efficiently. I love the Deel card because I can use it anywhere Visa is accepted, even abroad, without losing a single penny in fees, which is perfect. I also appreciate that Deel IT considers data destruction, adding a sense of security since I know my sensitive information is handled safely and won't be leaked to malicious sites. Getting started with Deel IT was super easy and intuitive, and since it connects to IT asset management, it helps keep things organized without being complicated.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

Maybe the review periods could be a bit faster. When I wanted to get my Deel card approved I had to wait, and also for the reviewing of my documents I had to wait.

**What problems is Deel IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Deel IT to receive payments globally, making the process faster and easier to track. The Deel card lets me pay without incurring fees, even abroad, and the integration with UEM keeps things organized while providing a secure platform for handling sensitive information.

**What do you like best about Deel IT?**

The convienence of having documents through a portal where I can keep track of the contracts I sign as well as have the signature of the company I am workign for as well. The onboarding support to creating an account was great, as it helped with a seemless experience. Deel utilizes integrations such as AI for easy accessibility to their platform.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

There was an instnace where I had to reset my password as what I thought my original one would work, but that also could have been my mistake.

**What problems is Deel IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limits the actual physical paperwork so you can easily download your contract, forms, etc. and save it to whatever device you want. I also allows for you to have your own account so you can use Deel with multiple companies instead of creating a log in each time you receive a contract.

**What do you like best about Deel IT?**

What I like most about Deel is that it makes payroll and admin stuff way less messy, especially when you’re working with a distributed team. In our case we use it in a remote work environment, so having contracts, payments, and basic HR things in one place actually saves a lot of time. Instead of chasing emails or spreadsheets to confirm payment details or documents, everything is already there and easy to check.

The most helpful part for me has been how clear the payment side is. You can see when payments are processed, the breakdowns, and the status without having to ask someone from finance every time. That transparency is really useful when you’re working across different countries or time zones.

Another upside is that it reduces a lot of the small administrative friction that normally comes with payroll and contractor management. Things like documents, payment history, and account details are organized in one system, so you don’t have to dig through different tools to find basic information. It just makes the whole process more straightforward and predictable.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

Honestly there isn’t much to complain about, but if I had to point out something, it’s that when you first start using the platform it can take a little time to get familiar with where everything is. There are quite a few sections and features, so at the beginning you might spend some time clicking around until you understand the layout.

The least helpful part for me in the beginning was just figuring out where certain details were located, like specific payment information or documents. It’s not that they aren’t there — everything is actually well organized — but there’s a small learning curve until you get used to the interface.

That said, once you’ve used it for a bit it becomes pretty straightforward. After the initial adjustment, it’s actually convenient having payroll details, documents, and account information all in the same place.

**What problems is Deel IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deel IT solves the problem of having multiple tools and processes scattered across different platforms. By centralizing scheduling, task management, and communication in one place, it makes daily operations much more organized and efficient.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time it saves. I can quickly access everything I need without switching between different systems, which helps me stay focused and productive. It also creates more clarity and transparency in workflows, making it easier to coordinate with the team and manage responsibilities smoothly.

what I dislike most is the withdrawal fees and currency conversion costs. They add up noticeably depending on the payout method (like bank transfers or certain options), and they're often higher than alternatives like Wise or direct transfers I've used before. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered at times when managing invoices or scheduling withdrawals, making quick adjustments more fiddly than necessary. Customer support is generally okay for basic stuff, but it can get slower during busy periods or for trickier issues, which is frustrating when you're waiting on funds. Overall, these extra costs and occasional friction eat into earnings a little more than I'd like, even though the core payment reliability is solid.

As an independent contractor, Deel solves the usual mess of getting paid from clients overseas without all the back-and-forth. It takes care of the contract setup with ready-made templates that keep things compliant, auto-generates invoices from my time tracking or milestones, and gets money to me fast, usually in a few days straight to my bank or other options like crypto.This really helps because I no longer waste time drafting invoices, following up on late payments, or stressing about international fees and delays like I did with PayPal or manual wires. Cash flow feels way more predictable now, and I can just focus on the actual work instead of admin headaches. It makes the whole remote freelancing thing run smoother and feel more legit.

I had a good experience for the past year, my payments are always on time, my work related documents are prompting me to update them, the security of the account allows me to trust this more than other options. when i changed my phone I wasnt able to log in as the authenticator app was giving different codes, but i just booked a consultation with a representative who did a thorough identification and then reset my credentials. I am thankful and would recommend to anyone. I can always check my account and can use it for multiple companies i work with. all is wasy to use and makes life easier.

like i said earlier the access got blocked for safety and I needed to speak with a consultant to get that sorted, they were polite and helpful and i got the result i was after in 15 minutes.

**What do you like best about Deel IT?**

It’s the fastest way I know to get paid as a contractor. It’s easy to use, and the support team responds in a timely manner whenever I need help. I also use my deel card all the time for online shopping without being charge extra for the change of currency and i also like that i can have a small loan immediately approved in case of an emergency.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

The 25$USD fee that is deducted every month to keep the account, but also the fee that is deducted every time a transaction is made. For example when i transfer the funds from deel to my bank account.

**What problems is Deel IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I noticed a transaction on my Deel card that I didn’t make. I reported it immediately to the Deel support team, and they promptly blocked the account and froze the funds to keep everything secure. In less than 24 hours, I had a new Deel card ready to use, with my funds still intact. With a regular bank, I would have had to wait around 45 business days for the issue to be resolved.

Setting up Deel IT for the first time was challenging and involved extensive training and configuration. Although there are some excellent automation features in the product, the initial deployment did not go quite as smoothly as anticipated, and the interface is somewhat outdated relative to other vendors.

Deel IT is directly tackling our most pressing concerns, which include security vulnerabilities related to mobile devices connecting to enterprise data. I use Deel IT to receive salary payments, make online payments, and transfer money to banks. I find it fast and reliable, with monetary transfers that are smooth and efficient. I especially like the Deel card, a digital debit card that's legit and recognized by other platforms, enhancing my purchases with its speed and ease of use without errors. I also enjoy that everything is fully automated; work documents are provided for me, and Deel notifies me and indicates when payments are expected to arrive. The setup was fairly simple, involving adding requested details and verification.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

One thing that could be improved upon is that on startup the Deel IT app could be more responsive. It takes a little while for the app to load when you open it up. When I open the app it takes about 10 seconds or a little more to load up all the UI elements. That's quite long for an app. If that startup time could be cut down to just a few seconds maybe 2 or 4, then it'll make the user experience better.

I find Deel IT fast and reliable for salary payments, online payments, and money transfers. The Deel card is legit and easy to use, while automated processes and notifications keep me informed about payment arrivals. It also provides crucial work documents securely.

I think the reliability of Deel IT is great, especially being able to visualize everything about the transaction itself. I can schedule transactions, and there's enough flexibility with the deposit methods on different platforms. The feature of transaction transparency is really valuable because it lets me see exactly when I'm going to get my payment and what the timeline is. Plus, I know everything from the contract to the final date, and whenever I create a transfer to my personal account, I am aware of the process and timeline. It gives me different options for withdrawing my money, which is really reliable.

Well, I would say that what Deel IT needs to work better would be probably the connections with other platforms that help with the money. Because, I mean, right now, they do not connect with the most popular ones that people use, such as ARC, Global sixty six. I know they do connect sometimes, but there are other global platforms that would really use that as well, so I would love to have that. I would also like to be able to get advanced, like, daily advances for the money that I'm supposed to get. So let's say if the contract says I get paid 3,500 at the end of the month, and I have a stable source of income for, let's say, six months, they know I will be receiving it and the contract has not been finished. So they should know, like, if I would want to get an advance for the week I already worked, I would like the platforms to allow me to do that.

I feel like Deel IT is the best platform to get paid on, to be honest. My experience with Deel IT has been extremely good. It's always on time. I get my money before because they pay me in The Philippines, and I'm in Mexico, with a twelve to fourteen hour difference. Whenever I make the transfer from Deel IT to my account, I always receive it in less than five minutes, which is honestly just amazing. I like how the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The thing that I like the most about it is the time it takes for me to get paid. It was really easy to set up; I just logged in with my account, and my company managed everything. So it was extremely easy for me.

The verification process could be a little easier. I use two-step verification with Microsoft Authenticator, and it's a little slow, but it's not too bad.

Nothing, really. It is straightforward and does what it promises. This is the first time I have used it, and it has not been negative. They do charge a fee, but they are transparent about it.

Deel is a comprehensive platform, not only does it manage payments, it also offers its services in more countries than most of its competitors, which also means it offers a variety of currencies, it offers nearly a dozen payment methods and the most interesting is the automatic withdrawal to the second as soon as the payment is available in the account.

Unfortunately, the Deel card service is not yet available for my region, but I find that being able to have a balance directly on Deel and use the Deel card for everyday transactions is a bonus, the cherry on top.

I also like the fact that Deel even manages the signing of contracts between employers and employees.

The fact that several services are not available in my area.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience. I especially appreciate the flexibility in payout options—you can request transfers in several ways, such as cryptocurrency to Coinbase, direct bank transfers, or payouts in your local currency. The fees are very low, payments always arrive on time, and I can clearly see both the exact amount I’ll receive and the specific payout date well ahead of time. The app adjusts seamlessly to whichever country you’re in and provides a variety of incentives and perks linked to your account. All in all, it’s a reliable, transparent, and thoughtfully designed platform.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

The main issue I have is that you are only allowed 10 Deel advances. I believe this limit should be higher, especially for those who always pay on time and have never missed a payment. Additionally, I find there are quite a few restrictions when using the Deel card.

Deel addresses many challenges that businesses encounter, such as the complexities of paying employees across different countries and complying with each country's regulatory requirements. Everything is integrated within Deel, making it extremely easy to connect employees to the company no matter where they are located. It took me less than 10 minutes to set up everything. I use it frequently since it is the payment method preferred by my company. The integration required minimal effort since my payments are processed through my company and directly transferred to my bank account through Deel.

It's very easy to use and gives an easy way for independent contractors outside the US like myself to easily receive payments for their contracts. It was easy to set up and the steps were very clear regarding how to send the necessary documentation for the account creation. It had many features that were easy to use: Deel Virtual Card to receive payments and use, cash advances with good interest rates and the ability to easily manage your contract, with clear information regarding the pay, pay dates, start dates, days of notice, etc.

**What do you dislike about Deel IT?**

Being an independent contractor, payments will be handled in USD for the most part, and converting that currency into your own can come with additional fees from your bank, so every penny counts. While Deel's very useful, the processing fee can come across as a bit high, and the currency exchange rate when paying to a different currency isn't the latest rate, but rather the rate at a certain point of the month, which can also result on some losses due to the variability of the exchange rate.

**What problems is Deel IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working remotely as a contractor, getting paid is difficult, with banks often making it a big problem to receive international transfers and charging big fees which end up making your pay be way less than what you worked for. Deel makes this process a whole lot easier, streamlining it and charging a flat fee, rather than a variable fee on your payment, while also allowing for independent contractors to easily create their account, sign their contract and have all the necessary information they would need regarding their job, while providing clear instructions and support along the entire way.

If you also need to talk with a live agent, that option is available anytime. I have use it like 4 or 3 times.

Deel IT makes managing equipment for a global team simple and organized. Ordering, shipping, and tracking devices is straightforward, and having everything in one platform saves a huge amount of time. It’s especially helpful to handle onboarding and offboarding without worrying about logistics across different countries. I use Deel IT weekly, and I vouch that the ease of implementation and ease of integration in Deel is top-notch!

Device availability can sometimes vary by location, and delivery timelines may take longer depending on the country. It would be great to see more device options and clearer tracking updates during shipping.
