**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

The platform gives you a good mix of remote management, app deployment, and monitoring tools. What really stood out to us was the onboarding, it cut down on the manual work of setting up devices. For everyday admin stuff, it runs fine, and the dashboard works just fine for daily use. Plus, the pricing is a bit better than most enterprise MDM options out there when you see the number of features Airdroid has.

The integration support is basic and can be improved further, rest all fine.

You get remote device control, easy app deployment, and full visibility into everything. The price is okay, but I have one recommendation: introduce more economical packages for medium-sized businesses. That would help a lot.

The remote device management capabilities are by far the highlight. Being able to monitor, access, and troubleshoot our devices from anywhere has drastically reduced the need for on-site IT intervention. The connection is stable and responsive, and the dashboard makes managing multiple devices straightforward. It's genuinely changed how our team handles device oversight - what used to take hours can now be done in minutes.

There's a slight learning curve when first setting up and navigating all the features. The platform is packed with functionality, so it takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything it offers.

Before AirDroid Business, managing our devices remotely was a constant challenge - any issue required physical access or lengthy back-and-forth with end users. The enrollment process was simple. We used QR setup and templates, and devices were ready much faster. UI is clean enough, onboarding new staff and giving remote support went easier than we thought, and pricing is fair for what we use.

It is time taking creating and editing templates for device ready the first time using Airdroid. Most pre defined templates have features as based on usage for common businesses, so new pre defined templates will help if added.

We use enrollment templates, kiosk mode, and app distribution together. The initial setup was not difficult but took time, then we used QR enrollment and it saved time. After the devices are placed into groups, pushing apps out and locking everything down works reasonably well. UI is ok, and its reasonably priced.

Performs well for most remote management, only it needs time to understand, we scrolled guides available at dashboard to start working.

The dashboard is easy to use, and device grouping works well in this app. Deploying apps, checking on them, and even updating systems all worked great. We also received good support when we were starting out. As for pricing, it’s neither cheap nor expensive, just okay.

Device provisioning and app management worked well with organised deployment of devices currently used by us. The user interface is easy for operations teams to handle, and app store integration has no issues. Performance is decent enough for remote monitoring and routine control.

We require the ability to remotely access devices and verify configurations in real time, here Airdroid is useful. I can check network settings, installed apps, and device status without relying on logs or user input. It speeds up diagnosis when issues are unclear because this MDM offers quick deployment and remote access.

There is no deep network diagnostic layer. I can’t fully analyze connectivity issues from within the tool.

The interface is clean and structured. Device lists, policies, and alerts are easy to locate without digging through menus. Works well even with large deployments. Setup is straightforward. Documentation helps, and support responds within reasonable time when needed. That is what is my experience with this tool.

Compared to the other MDM apps we tried before, AirDroid Business is in a different league. It was easy to start with for both windows and android. The enrollment pushes a strict container that prevents any app installation outside of the company-managed storefront.

Not many, and mostly it gets updated and there is customer support available.

From an admin perspective, the visibility is great with ease of setup. All enrolled devices immediately pull down the baseline configurations we set. I’ve locked down the app ecosystem so strictly that users can't install anything unless it’s approved in the managed Google Play panel.

For a first-timer, the layout isn't what I'd call plug-and-play, it’s clearly designed for IT experts.

What we find most helpful implementing Airdroid solution, is that we can manage our store tablets and I can remotely restart a frozen display tablet without stepping into the store. Other remote control features and communication tools come in handy often too.

We can push new video content, update applications and quickly troubleshoot when our app crashes or a device has issues. The platform's intuitive interface, device grouping, and policy management features help streamline our operations and reduce downtime, which is critical for our nationwide disease awareness campaign in hospital channels.

The only drawback is the license purchasing model. Licenses are sold in packs of 10, so if we have 74 devices, we must still purchase 80 licenses. This leads to unnecessary extra costs for unused licenses.

I have been using their services for a few months now, and they have proven quite helpful for my kiosk business. I especially appreciate the remote monitoring, camera, and kiosk mode tools. These features are easy to use and help me make sure my application remains active and allow me to monitor what my customers are viewing at any given time. The remote camera feature, in particular, enables me to observe views and screen interactions from a distance. Lastly, customer support has been very prompt and helpful throughout the entire process.

I appreciated the reasonable free trial period that was offered. However, I would have preferred a pricing model that charges per device instead of in batches of ten. As a startup, the costs can add up and become a bit expensive, but once you reach a larger scale, this tool becomes both convenient and fairly priced for any kiosk business.

**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

We were previously using AnyDesk to provide unattended remote access to our field devices, and while it handled basic remote control well, AirDroid Business offers that capability and much more.

The UI is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, which made onboarding quick and painless. One standout feature is device grouping, which allows us to organize and manage large numbers of devices efficiently. Additionally, the geofencing functionality has proven to be a valuable tool for tracking and enforcing device usage boundaries.

What continues to impress me is the depth of device-level data available in the AirDroid portal. For example, it reliably retrieves detailed device information—including the Device Serial Number—which, as a .NET MAUI mobile developer, I’ve never been able to access easily through my own apps. That level of insight is a game changer for monitoring and auditing field devices.

Aaron from the Sales team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our specific needs, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed to get started. His support played a big role in our decision to move forward with AirDroid Business.

**What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?**

Battery consumption in our phones has increased alot after installing AirDroid. I may need to review which features we are using in order to increase battery life. I do hope this can be improved on.

It's not really a dislike but it would be really useful to have an API for data.

Being able to remotely access devices unattended and also being able to locate devices out in the field. It's an added advantage that we can update apps via the AirDroid portal as previous we had to do this manually.
