What do you like best about Jamf Now?

Jamf Now makes Apple device management incredibly simple and intuitive. I like that it’s cloud-based and doesn’t require complex setup or on-premise infrastructure. The clean interface and straightforward workflows make deploying and managing Macs, iPads, and iPhones quick and easy, even for small teams without dedicated IT staff. What do you dislike about Jamf Now?

While Jamf Now is very user-friendly, it has some limitations compared to more advanced MDM solutions. For example, it lacks some of the deeper customization and reporting features that larger organizations might need. Additionally, certain advanced security and automation options are only available in Jamf Pro, so businesses with complex workflows might find Jamf Now a bit limited. What problems is Jamf Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing all our Apple devices used to be stressful. Installing apps, updating software, and keeping security settings consistent took so much time and sometimes things went wrong. Jamf Now makes it simple. I can set up new devices, push updates, and make sure everything is secure. It has made my workday easier and gives me confidence that our devices are always ready to go.
