**What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

From pricing to deployment, Ivanti Neurons has given us a massive return on investment. The quote-based cost was easy to justify because of the sheer amount of manual hours it saves us. The onboarding process was painless because their customer support team was incredibly responsive and helped us get our initial configurations dialed in quickly. Performance-wise, the software is fast, stable, and the lightweight agent runs flawlessly without slowing down our end-users' laptops. The AI intelligence is the real deal, proactively fixing bugs and patching vulnerabilities in the background, while the native integrations with Microsoft Intune mean we didn't have to build custom APIs. Navigating the UI feels completely natural, and managing all our Macs, Windows machines, and mobile devices from one intuitive screen has completely transformed our daily operations.

The downsides are pretty minimal, but I do find myself wishing the custom reporting dashboard had just a few more options for granular visual customization. The out-of-the-box reports are already fantastic and give leadership exactly what they need to see regarding compliance and device health, but as someone who loves tweaking widgets and colors to match our exact corporate branding, I'd love to see a bit more flexibility there. Otherwise, it's hard to find a genuine flaw that impacts my day-to-day workflow.

The main business problem we needed to solve was falling behind on security patches. Manually tracking which remote laptops were out of date was becoming a full-time job. What I like most about Ivanti Endpoint Manager is that it gives us a centralized way to manage endpoints, software deployment, patching, and device inventory. In an enterprise environment, where we have to manage a large number of devices, having these capabilities available from one place makes day-to-day support and administration much easier. I also find the remote management and reporting features useful for troubleshooting and keeping track of device compliance. Overall, it helps reduce manual effort and makes endpoint management more organized and efficient.

The visibility across all company devices is really top notch. Being able to run real-time queries across endpoints regardless of whether they are on or off the corporate network saves us a ton of time. The automated patching capabilities are solid and helped us close vulnerability gaps way faster than our old setup did.

Initial setup and agent deployment can be a bit tricky to get right, especially if you have complex network boundaries or legacy devices. The management console takes some time to get used to because there are so many features buried in sub menus. Also, initial sync times for inventory data can sometimes be a bit sluggish.

**What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The most outstanding aspect of Ivanti Neurons for UEM for me is that I am able to manage various types of devices from one location rather than shifting to several other applications. I have mostly used it to determine the state of devices, implement configurations, and ensure compliance among endpoints. From an operational perspective, it was easy to monitor many machines at once without having to individually access each device. What I liked about Ivanti Neurons for UEM was that I was able to deploy changes without physically accessing any of the devices.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

To begin with, it was not easy to comprehend the whole structure of things. There are numerous sections and configurations, and it took some time for me to navigate from device management to policies and reporting. In addition, there were moments when things did not go as fast as I had anticipated. For instance, some actions took quite a long time to be completed across various endpoints. Lastly, when troubleshooting problems, I had to go through several levels of logs and configurations, which can sometimes become tedious.

**What problems is Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the implementation of this system, endpoint management was less structured, making it necessary for me to use other methods in order to determine the state of my devices. This proved to be a problem in maintaining consistency, especially in complex cases where the number of devices is relatively high. Using Ivanti Neurons for UEM has enabled me to control and manage these devices from one place while applying the desired policies.

Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management is a strong fit for organizations that need controlled, risk-aware patching at scale, rather than simply “install everything on Patch Tuesday.” Its biggest advantage is how it helps teams focus on what matters most and roll out updates in a structured, deliberate way. That approach is especially valuable when uptime is critical and change control is a priority.

Cannot be used by small teams. UX is not intuitive to navigate, meaning it has a steep learning curve. Not cheaper when compared to Secops Patch management. Support is great and the performance is also great.

This software is so lightweight and makes our life easier to install and get use.  We are a global company, so it is nice that all of our US sites can use the same software we are using.  The level of detail provided to us with this software is amazing to all who try it.  Patches are simple to push and install

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Better communication on the newly added features that seem to pop up as we use the software would be appreciated.  I try to make time for the messages in the application, but there is still much missing.  Ability to know what was upgraded and how to utilize.

Easy to roll out.  Patching globally with it.  Remote control is key and in use daily.  We like the look and feel and wish we had the old support we used to see by Ivanti.  Pleasant people wanting us to do better and stay with Ivanti.  Instead we are getting pushed away we feel.

These features allow us to provision new devices without manual setup, saving time and getting employees up and running faster. Remote management helps us resolve issues, deploy patches, and manage devices without needing physical access.

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and some advanced configurations have a learning curve for new administrators. I would also like to see faster performance in certain console operations. I really like how Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management makes software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement easy for us. It has significantly eased our workload and saves us a lot of time compared to when tasks were done manually. It's great that when new apps need to be installed or updates need to be rolled out, we can do it across multiple endpoints instead of manually handling each device. Although there are some parts that confuse me due to the UI, I would still recommend it 9/10 because, overall, it's a chef's kiss!

I always say this, it needs to improve more in the UI. As someone who was new in this field it really confused me at first navigating things. I would rate it an 8/10 for how easy it was. as i said, there are some parts that i got confused due to the UI.

I love the efficient single pane of glass it provides to secure, manage, and track the entire distributed endpoint fleet. It allows us to maintain a rigid cybersecurity and compliance posture without interrupting active operations or causing downtime for our personnel. I like the ability to maintain seamless visibility and enforce security policies quietly in the background, which is crucial in the energy industry where disrupting users is not an option. Eventing neurons enable us to apply critical background patches, manage configurations, and stay compliant silently, ensuring our critical infrastructure remains secure without operational friction. Additionally, I appreciate the support for creating policies for a variety of systems, including servers, MacBooks, and Linux, covering all OS versions. Onboarding is highly streamlined through automated over-the-air enrollment and native zero-touch provisioning, which makes the process smooth and efficient.

I find that data security is not its strongest point. It doesn’t help me with automatically complying with standards such as DORA or CIS Benchmark. I think it should have rules out of the box that comply with these standards. This would make it more appealing to customers. Other than data security, everything else works fine for my usage.

I use Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management to secure our endpoints. It helps verify and secure exposed endpoints effectively. Its easy, logical interface reduces setup time, making it accessible even for those less tech-savvy.
