"Great platform for IT management and employee onboarding"

What do you like best about Rippling IT?

Rippling makes employee onboarding and IT management much easier. We use it to manage company computers, inventory, and devices, and we can also purchase equipment through Rippling and have it shipped already configured. This saves the IT team a lot of time and makes the onboarding process much more efficient. The device and inventory management features work very well for our needs. What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

One issue I have experienced is with Splashtop. Sometimes it does not connect, or there can be a significant delay when trying to remotely access a computer. Aside from that, I have had a very good experience with Rippling, especially for employee onboarding, device and inventory management, and managing company equipment. What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling helps us centralize and simplify many of our day-to-day IT and employee management processes. We use it for user administration, device and inventory management, device pre-configuration, employee onboarding, employee schedules, and organizational structure. Having all of these processes managed through one platform saves our IT team time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to keep everything organized.
