Then there's the platform itself, What really stands out about IRU is how refreshingly clean, lightning fast, and intuitive it is. It strikes that rare balance of robust functionality delivered through an interface so streamlined that both seasoned IT Pros and non-technical users can jump right into. Also, there's "Liftoff" which is a well-designed feature that guides new users through onboarding with clear visual status indicators, showing exactly how close their device setup is to completion. The instant LOCK and ERASE features save my team a ton of time, especially when we’re managing a larger number of devices. I also like that the portal brings together the inventory details we need, including device status, last check-in, and user. To top it off the support team is very good and quick to respond.
