What do you like best about SureMDM by 42Gears?

When we were first looking at a new MDM, I couldn't believe how helpful and quick our sales Rep and Tech helped us set up and even just test the configuration. It truly is what made us go with SureMDM—the quick and very helpful responses. There are so many interesting and helpful features that this MDM had over others and its ease of use as well. The location services, the enrollment, the set up was al a breeze. Adding it to Samgung tablets, iPhone and iPad were seamless. With over 150 devices its a great program. What do you dislike about SureMDM by 42Gears?

Honestly there isn't a bad thing about it. There could be a few more features but i know there are limitations to what iPhone can allow MDMs to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureMDM by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing SureMDM, We relied on a traditional Apple MDM to manage its endpoint environment. the small IT team encountered several critical technical and operational roadblocks on the way:

1. Incomplete Multi-OS Support: The legacy system lacked robust, unified management for hybrid operating systems, specifically when attempting to manage Android devices alongside Apple hardware.

2. Support Responsiveness & Onboarding Gaps: The team struggled with inadequate vendor support and assistance during configuration setups, making it difficult to resolve technical hurdles or test complex deployment profiles efficiently.

3. Location Tracking Requirements: The team needed accurate, real-time location tracking across their fleet to ensure device visibility and security across multiple senior living campuses.

4. Multi-Site IT Burden: Supporting endpoints across three distinct geographical locations with a lean IT team led to delayed issue resolution and excessive onsite travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
