I like that IBM MaaS360 is much more secure with just minimum effort. The faster onboarding process is a big plus, and IT can support way faster and more conveniently. I also appreciate that it separates work and my private data, making everything clear. As a new joiner, it eases my work and helps me understand the company better by ensuring that all information is secure and not leaked to competitors. I think it blocks out quite a few apps and device features for my laptop, and some settings cannot be changed by myself and always require an admin.
