What do you like best about SureMDM by 42Gears?

The UI is extremely user friendly creating jobs editing jobs and deploying them is a breeze, the pricing aspect of the application is competitive if compared with what we were using prior. After sales support is where this organization takes the cake not only do the engineers assist with they specialize in but they also clued up with who does what and can escalate to the relevant team or person. What do you dislike about SureMDM by 42Gears?

It would be the speed when remoting into devices can be a bit on the slow side but it is manageable, we'd have to investigate internally as this could be caused by connectivity on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureMDM by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to struggle with onboarding new device onto our mdm application, suremdm has made that process easy to manage, we are now able to locate lost devices and setup a parameter so that we are aware if devices are being moved outside their designated locations.
