What do you like best about Innovid?

I like that Innovid is able to show me de-duplicated reach figures, as well as publisher overlap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innovid?

1. The support process. Having to submit a request through a portal feels ancient, and my requests aren't dealt with until almost a full week later. When I have an urgent request on a Tuesday for a report and meeting due Thursday, its extremely frustrating that I can't get help until the next week, and I then have to tell the client we can't deliver on time because of Innovid.

2. The inability to adjust date ranges yourself. I understand we have to go through support now to get portals set up. but those portals aren't adjustable by me - I have to have Innovid do it. With all my other measurement platforms, I can easily adjust the date however I like to see data from that time range. Its extremely irritating that I can't do this.

3. The reporting lag. I create weekly reports for my client and now have to deliver a report that covers data from two weeks ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Innovid?

In a world where TV is already difficult enough to track, Innovid helps bridge the gap between agency and client metrics. Overall, I really like the pivot flexibility and customization. I also have learned to like the UI of the platform, it is very easy to use and simple once you get a hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innovid?

Having to reach out to someone or submit a ticket, wait for a response and sometimes after waiting for that response, realizing you did not file the ticket under the correct description or issue based on what is available from the drop down selection menu. This limits the speed and ease in performing certain tasks could be automated with the proper backend infrastructure in place.

I would've liked a second call with our customer success manager (once we started using the software heavily) to answer any questions or provide a second walkthrough. We did an original walkthrough, but between the walkthrough and the first use case of the software, time had passed where it was like learning how to crawl or walk from square 0. This added a lot of hurdles and based on the number of tickets filed on my end, a clear indication that basic things explained on the initial call had been forgotten. Basically it posed a high learning curve with many mistakes.

There were also certain things that weren't explained, for example when uploading spot logs, the Data Groups can be named! Had we known this, we would've requested all portals to have datasets named per vendor to help keep track of things on our end, instead of uploading all vendor post logs in one consolidated file as seen in our first portals, and having to reupload the whole entire larger file again and again if metrics changed after being finalized from the vendor's side or if there was an error on our side and the system would then take much longer to process the same file with minor edits versus a smaller file with less line items.

We also understand there were changes and updates being actively implemented, but it would've been nice for example to receive a video or an email with however much frequency to explain: the new X interface has changed and this is now where you will find this or that, etc.. And also understand that there are certain cadences to different accounts and the way data is handled or presented, so this is just one case for one of our clients which was the account I mainly managed.

Lastly, I hate that we have to ask / submit a ticket, to enable certain views like spot count or audience (individual) impressions versus standard HH impressions. When column mapping Linear TV logs during the upload process, there should be more flexibility and customizability there; this step of asking Innovid, delayed certain deliverables to clients and impacted the whole basis on using this data analysis software in the first place. We found ourselves having to submit tickets for things like the aforementioned, that we thought would remain in place and consistent once changed in one portal/market/campaign. What do you like best about Innovid?

Innovid has been an absolute game-changer in terms of ease of use and reliability. The platform is extremely intuitive, making it simple to navigate even during busy days — I use it every day, practically every hour, and it continues to deliver a smooth experience. The implementation process was quick and seamless, and the integration with our existing tools worked effortlessly, which really helped speed up our onboarding.

One of the things I appreciate most is how easily I can adapt to updates — they’re rolled out thoughtfully, without disrupting my workflow. The interface is clean, responsive, and well-organised, making campaign setup and tracking straightforward. On top of that, the customer support team is outstanding. They’re prompt, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond with helpful solutions whenever we reach out.

What do you like best about Innovid?

What I like best about Innovid is that it makes managing ad campaigns easy and organized. I use Innovid all the time for all my video ads in one place. It is integrated well with different platforms, so I don’t have to switch between tools. Because of good integration options, One Innovid tag simplifies implementations processes for our publishers. What do you dislike about Innovid?

What I dislike about Innovid is that it can feel a bit complicated at first. The platform can sometimes be slow when uploading creatives, and the bulk edit options use multiple sheets for editing media plan and creative rotations. What do you like best about Innovid?

I feel the easy user experience while trafficking the creatives for online video campaign is Innovid's forte. Its been 3 years that I am using Innovid daily and it has made the campaign implementation easy. What do you like best about Innovid?

I appreciate Innovid for providing a cheaper ad serving rate, which is beneficial for cost efficiency in serving our creative placements. I enjoy the platform's user-friendly interface, because it makes it easier to link all of our creative work effectively. Innovid also stands out with its excellent customer service, which has been incredibly helpful, especially when navigating the nuances during setup and trafficking processes. The platform's capability to flag any creative that is out of spec is valuable, as it links the creative specification to the publisher seamlessly. I also find it useful that Innovid allows for manual tracking of campaigns and the import of DCM tracking levels, which enhances our operational flexibility. What do you dislike about Innovid?

I found setting up Innovid to be a bit challenging initially because it was different from other ad servers I've used. Although customer service was helpful, there were a lot of nuances involved. What do you like best about Innovid?

Innovid's Creative QA tool has been a massive help, especially for improving descrapencies for our creatives, which was a massive issue before transitioning to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innovid?

Ease of use, for the most part you need a lot of traffic process involves import/export which isn't necessarily the problem. Still, trafficking through the interface is more of a chore then it is compared to trafficking regularly in a platform like DCM. When hashing out future updates, I hope the team focuses on improving the interface itself and put some quality of life features (being able to bulk change IAS and DCM integrations without using the Media Export, putting multiple Placement IDs without needing to insert commas). What do you dislike about Innovid?

Sometimes we set up placements that we don't actually need, and you can't really delete them. You can set it up so that they're not visible in the platform, but they're still visible when you download a spreadsheet which can be annoying when you have multiple placements in your account. Getting publisher certified can also take forever especially when they've never used Innovid before. I wish pubs could get certified for everything they need at once instead of having to go through multiple certification processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
