Flashtalking has relieved so many hindrances for us on the Paid Social side of the business, from things as simple as duplicating ads to a consolidated report that saves us so much time. There are some channels where we see issues working directly in the platform (for example, duplicating ads on Pinterest), but Flashtalking relieves numerous issues that saves us so much time in the end. There are some interface improvements that could make Flashtalking more intuitive, but the product teams that we work with are quick to respond and are more than happy to help us learn how to use certain aspects of the product that alleviate a lot of stress and time wasted for us. Another example includes reporting - Flashtalking helps us consolidate multiple channels to download and pivot versus going into each platform, downloading them separately, then combining. Flashtalking has many features, but the one I would say is the best. It is the AI ​​that it integrates, and that has allowed me to generate creatives for all types of advertising campaigns on display or social networks. I often use this function when we have clients within the automotive industry. And it helped me generate publications that contextualize the situation I want to address. It reduces time spent on communications between the creative team and the paid social practitioners. Additionally, the margin of error in building ads is reduced to close to zero as paid social practitioners can import and setup the ads automatically as they are in their final version approved by the client, with low manual intervention required. In order to understand the interactions people have with our ads on the Internet, I use Flashtalking. It reduces the workload by making use of its powerful algorithm to identify the customer. With the knowledge gained, I can better optimize my social media advertising campaigns. The best thing is that it takes little time to adapt to the platform because the implementation is very fast. It is not a 100% automatic tool, you need to be aware of the ads it generates to make sure you protect your brand and your identity as a company. Campaigns are optimized through the use of insights obtained by the platform. The identification of the home and the linking between devices that it generates has achieved good results in our advertising campaigns.
