The reporting capabilites are great, I enjoy having so many levels of data available to pull. What do you dislike about Innovid? Nearly constant error screens when using Data Grids and Charts. Whether it is the first time I have logged in for the day, or if it is the 100th campaign I have researched, I am faced with regular error messages and site crashes resulting in my reporting metrics being lost/having to start over from square one. Trafficking tags is incredibly straightforward and easy, especially when using the Prisma integration to build campaigns and set targeting parameters for 3rd party / direct buys. While helpful, the Help Center search tool is not great at locating search terms within articles. It often takes me a while to find information I'm looking for, because it is located in a different resource article from what populates in the search results. What do you dislike about Innovid? 1) Sometimes platform loading takes a lot of time, especially when you have to pull the reports manually. 2) The option for multiple selection to duplicate existing reports is not available; we can only select one report at a time. 3) Sometimes the reports come out blank, especially with social platforms like LinkedIn, where no data gets recorded in the report.
