I appreciate Innovid for providing a cheaper ad serving rate, which is beneficial for cost efficiency in serving our creative placements. I enjoy the platform's user-friendly interface, because it makes it easier to link all of our creative work effectively. Innovid also stands out with its excellent customer service, which has been incredibly helpful, especially when navigating the nuances during setup and trafficking processes. The platform's capability to flag any creative that is out of spec is valuable, as it links the creative specification to the publisher seamlessly. I found setting up Innovid to be a bit challenging initially because it was different from other ad servers I've used. Although customer service was helpful, there were a lot of nuances involved.
