In which you have the help of the technical support team during your first steps on the platform. Then I must say that everything becomes a bit automatic. The implementation takes a while and is a bit technical, but as I mentioned before the technical support was there for us at all times. With Flashtalking I can make changes when the campaign has already started and adapt it to the moment, without having to redesign everything again, using my same creatives, Flashtalking's AI can make small modifications that make the difference. My team and I enjoy this platform every day. It has really had a positive impact on our workflow. It streamlines the entire creative creation and management cycle across our various advertising channels, and it also avoids unnecessary time and expense thanks to its automation features. Having Flashtalking does reduce the workload, however you must keep in mind that it is necessary to have human control over the actions of the AI ​​because sometimes it generates ads or makes decisions that it considers correct and they are not. Creating multiple banners for all channels is easy. Flashtalking AI helps us generate multiple banners of different sizes for our display advertising. Customer service is average. I ask a question and they don't care about my problem, they just give me the most obvious answer. By integrating Flashtalking into my online ad campaigns, I have been able to generate more ads for a larger audience without having to invest a lot of money. The technology used by Flashtalking to analyze, catalog, generate and distribute content on social media and ad platforms is incredible. I love that we can push creative directly to The Trade Desk. There are a couple technical hurdles that make learning the platform a bit hard, but over all its great. Its also a hassle to have the creative manually approved. I've been working on several platforms for many years, and I like working in Flashtalking, especially regarding decision trees. The interface is straightforward and supplemented well by the Help Center articles. The team are also friendly and helpful; they're always willing to have a call and talk through any issues and opportunities. The only downside is some of the creative builder features. They're not entirely on par with other creative builders, especially regarding animations. However, they've taken a lot of feedback on board and are looking to develop this offering further. This product is incredibly helpful for Pinterest management specifically. This is the platform I am the most versed in and when it comes to my teams workflow, the platform that makes this product crucial to have. It allows us to pull larger amounts of data than the native platform, add SmartGroups for pin scheduling to control when the ads are on/off and activate and ad to multiple campaigns/ad groups at a time. There can be a lot of bugs that pop up at times that may negatively impact workflow, but the team support is always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
