As a beginner in the media industry and starting in the world of programmatic, the idea of using an ad server was daunting and overwhelming but the Flashtalking platform is very easy to navigate and understand and they have fantastic learning resources and support staff to help you along the journey. Bugs that come up every now and again can impact the effectiveness of the program and your ability to meet your clients needs if something isn't functioning as it should. Allows us to store all display and video creative for a massive client and sort out sponsorships and partnerships by campaign. We have the ability to completely personalise creative delivery with decision trees and this makes it really simple to filter multiple creatives to one audience. I also like that you can specify how many hours you spent in different categories (vacation, sick, job, etc.) and that it also allows you to track what particular account you worked on. It gets confusing when you complete something in an hour and 10 minutes or 40 minutes. It would be great if there was a drop-down to select the exact time without approximating the numbers to add to the time sheet. Helping to track the hours that I put into work and to also track my vacation or sick time that I've used so far. The main help for the campaigns we have in social media is to be a verifier that doesn't tend to have major discrepancies with the platform and that helps us in terms of the transparency that the client wants. What I like best is that it's very easy to use and using Flashtalking make it so much easier for us to create our placement with the creative, the trackings and the 3rd party measurer. Indeed, we can apply moat directly instead of putting trackings on every creative, and we can associate our trackings. Then, its very quick to send the creatives to the DSP. Its a gain of time. I don't use flashtalking when I have a last minute campaing because we need to review the creatives and sometimes we don't have the time. Flashtalking does all that you'd expect, but the best thing over the many years has been the customer service. The team have helped us with many issues - building dynamic HTML banners and, more recently assisting with creating a direct integration with Bannerflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Innovid? One gripe is the way passwords expire after 90 days, even if the accounts ar in use. One part of the direct integrattion with Bannerflow requires a password. My solution to this has been to set an alarm every 90 days and change my Flashtalking password and then the password in Bannerflow settings, which works, but is less than ideal. Serving ads and being able to host iFrames created in Bannerflow, including banners with dynamic content, like Live Odds.
