The execution times (being from two different countries (agency and adserver) sometimes makes it difficult to meet deadlines: e.g. with public holidays in each country). The platform has been pretty functional for our client's DCO initiative, and the decision-making is logical. The reporting interface isn't the most friendly, but the most annoying thing for me is that there is no way to obtain the decision variables and to measure by ourself how was their performance. By the other hand the UX it's simple but the UI it needs to be updated. Even some of the features of the platform needs to be added or updated by the team. I love the advanced technology and the dynamic creative we can use, as it really super charges the activity we run for clients. The only thing that is sometimes challenging are the decision trees as they are a little specific sometimes, but usually the error sorts itself out! The new creative manager does not have the same flexibility as the old one. For example, it does not allow you to duplicate the creative with the versions. The ability to change creatives whilst they are live, the decision tree is an excellent function, and I love that it talks to DV360 so all display activity can be housed in one place! Flashtalking's decisioning and logic tree system is very effective and user friendly. Similarly reporting is easy and effective. The video builder can also be very useful. The social creative builder follows a powerpoint style approach to animating elements. Its retro and not particularly intuitive, and as a result we don't use Flashtalking for any of our social activity which is a shame because everything else about the platform is a good fit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Every member of staff is really knowledgable and helpful no matter how many times you call on them. We use a hybrid managed service, so we ask for pixels, things to be trafficked, creative help and the speed, accuracy and attention to detail has always been at a high level.
