"5+ year journey with Fingercheck"

What do you like best about Fingercheck?

Recently many companies re-brand their products completely and change interfaces quite drastically, and that understandably creates disruptions for companies relying on said products. You don't have to worry about that with Fingercheck - all improvements and changes never create any disruptions for me. The interface looks the same and stays intuitively easy to navigate. Not to say that they stagnate - it's a very modern and sophisticated tool for HR, it just doesn't turn your world upside down when there's a new update, which says a lot about customer experience. What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

I would love to have an option to receive emails about absence requests and confirm them with a button built in right in the email. Most of the communication about absence takes place in the email after all, so it would be extremely helpful to stay in the same platform and approve the requests from there. itwould save me a lot of time. What problems is Fingercheck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fingercheck is solving several key challenges for us—most importantly, simplifying and streamlining our payroll and time tracking processes. Before using Fingercheck, we had to juggle multiple systems and manual inputs, which left room for errors and wasted a lot of time. Now, everything is centralized in one platform, and it's all automated—from employee clock-ins to payroll processing.

What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I really appreciate Fingercheck for its time clock feature with face recognition. This innovative feature helps identify employees through their unique facial features, eliminating the need for traditional time cards, which streamlines the process and adds a layer of security and efficiency in timekeeping. Furthermore, the initial setup of Fingercheck was very easy, which made the transition to using this tool smooth and stress-free. "Fast Payroll with Excellent Support"

What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I like Fingercheck for its fast payroll processing, which has been really efficient for me. The support is a big plus as well; they assisted me in getting my NYS-45 when it wasn't available online, which was extremely helpful. I also find their website clear and easy to use. I find the payroll process straightforward, which makes my job much easier. I appreciate their responsive and good customer service, as it adds a lot of value. The intricate features they offer, such as the audit trail, are quite useful. I also value their comprehensive handling of taxes, which includes calculating, paying, and filing. I find the user interface of Fingercheck could be improved to be a bit nicer and more user-friendly. It could benefit from larger print and a more modern design that makes finding things easier. Additionally, I would like to see more customization options during onboarding, specifically related to custom fields and required information, like emergency contact details. "Great platform- Helpful support team"

What do you like best about Fingercheck?

My company has used Fingercheck for a long time. When I joined the team, I found the platform very easy to learn on my own and was able to research anything I didn’t already know. Over the past year, we’ve been doing a major data cleanup. While there have been some frustrations, I would still highly recommend this platform to other businesses. What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I think Fingercheck has great customer support, which is a big plus for me. It helps me run payroll fast and efficiently, making the process smoother. I really like the auto-run payroll feature as well. I switched from QB to Fingercheck because it's much easier to use, and I appreciate the ability to get check stubs directly from Fingercheck.
