What I like most about SMS Magic is how easily it connects SMS messaging with business systems, especially CRM platforms. Instead of using a separate SMS tool, everything works inside the system the team already uses. The two-way messaging is very helpful. Customers can reply to messages, and conversations feel natural instead of one-sided notifications. I also like how it supports automation and workflows. Messages can be sent automatically based on events, which saves a lot of manual effort. The platform works well for customer communication, especially for reminders, updates, and confirmations. It has good delivery reliability, which is important when messages are time sensitive. I appreciate that SMS Magic supports message templates, which helps keep communication consistent. The interface is simple and business-friendly, so support or sales teams can use it without technical training. It also provides basic reporting, so you can track message status and response. One thing I dislike is that the initial setup can feel complex, especially when configuring workflows or integrations. Pricing can feel high for small teams, especially if message volume increases. Some advanced features are not very easy to discover without going through documentation. The UI worked well, but it could feel more modern and faster in some areas. Debugging message failure is not always straightforward. Pricing can feel high for small teams, especially if message volume increases. Debugging message failure is not always straightforward. Custom reporting options are limited, especially for deeper analytics. There can be region-specific SMS limitations, depending on carriers. It would be helpful to have more built-in examples for automation use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
