I wouldn't recommend SMS-Magic to any business that depends on reliable automation, transparent billing, or accountable support. We were given incorrect or conflicting information about how their short links worked, especially around expiration. When links started breaking inside active automations, we spent weeks going back and forth with their team through emails, calls, account access, examples, and troubleshooting. They still failed to clearly identify the issue, and we eventually had to pay for the cleanup ourselves. The technical failure was frustrating, but the billing handling was worse. While we were actively disputing the link-shortening charges and trying to resolve the issue, our rep, Vignesh, just stopped responding. Instead of resolving the dispute with us first, SMS Magic applied our available prepaid credit balance toward the disputed amount. That is not transparent, accountable, or acceptable.
