"Effortless Payroll with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I really like Fingercheck's customer service, especially on the phone, as they are very patient and professional, and they provide all the time needed to solve any complex issues. The website is also a plus, being very clear and easy to navigate even for those unfamiliar with payroll processes, tax laws, and similar things. The app is good too and makes it easy to get done what I need, although it has had some issues recently. Overall, Fingercheck is just a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

The app has had some issues at times. For a few weeks now, I've been trying to run payroll on the app, and it's just not there. The information is missing, and I can't run it due to some kind of issue with the app. I don't know what it is, so I end up doing it on my computer, which isn't so bad, but yeah, it could be better. "Simplifies Time-Tracking, But Integration Gaps Persist"
4/5
What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I appreciate Fingercheck's uncomplicated employee self-service time-tracking portal. It allows our local retail client's hourly staff to clock shifts and submit time-off requests with almost no training. This reduces our onboarding workload since we don’t have a dedicated IT team. The portal also significantly lightens our consulting workload, allowing staff to review their own time records independently and cutting down constant email check-ins for shift corrections. I also value the basic account setup that was straightforward for our people-operations team, enabling quick employee profile population and self-service portal activation without IT support. What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

Fingercheck falls short on seamless native integration and custom report formatting for our HR advisory workflows. When processing payroll for our local retail client, exported timesheet files would not align with our core HR system’s required fields, forcing our team to manually re-format every pay cycle. Its reporting options are fairly rigid, and we cannot tailor outputs to match our client-ready deliverable templates. Lacking dedicated IT staff, our people-operations team absorbs all this cleanup work. Better customizable reporting and direct HR-platform sync would greatly cut our repetitive pre-payroll administrative burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fingercheck’s Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate Interface Makes Time Tracking Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I love the user interface on fingercheck. It was incredibly easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye, which is important to me. I clocked in and out using the app, and it was easy to edit my timesheet information if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

When trying to view employee information in a report format, it was kind of difficult to change the report to display the parameters I asked for. Eventually it would get done, but it wasn’t the most simple process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"5+ year journey with Fingercheck"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingercheck?

Recently many companies re-brand their products completely and change interfaces quite drastically, and that understandably creates disruptions for companies relying on said products. You don't have to worry about that with Fingercheck - all improvements and changes never create any disruptions for me. The interface looks the same and stays intuitively easy to navigate. Not to say that they stagnate - it's a very modern and sophisticated tool for HR, it just doesn't turn your world upside down when there's a new update, which says a lot about customer experience. This helps me stay efficient and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

I would love to have an option to receive emails about absence requests and confirm them with a button built in right in the email. Most of the communication about absence takes place in the email after all, so it would be extremely helpful to stay in the same platform and approve the requests from there. itwould save me a lot of time. Aside from that I'm very happy with my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Comprehensive for Recruiters"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingercheck?

I like that Fingercheck is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. I really appreciate the ability to customize any templates they offer instead of having to create one from scratch. The amount of forms I can access with the premium services is impressive, and the data handling capabilities surpass those of other competitors I’ve dealt with. The setup process was also straightforward, with a simple account creation followed by helpful instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingercheck?

I find the login process a bit complicated because you have to create a username and password with an email, but then you can create different accounts with the same email, which can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
