The ease of use is genuinely impressive. The user interface really stands out as clean, polished, and easy to navigate. Everything feels simple and streamlined, which makes the overall experience very user-friendly. It’s convenient to email receipts or upload them directly into the app. Managing and reviewing expenses for employees feels effortless. ExpensePoint has been a great tool for our organization. The system is extremely user-friendly, making it very easy for employees to submit and manage their expenses. All the training materials provided are clear, well-structured, and easy to understand, which makes onboarding and learning the system very smooth.
From an administrative perspective, their customer service team is outstanding — always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any inquiries. Their support makes the whole process even more efficient.

There are a few areas that could be improved.
Occasionally, there are discrepancies in the accounting records, and sometimes American Express transaction data does not reflect correctly in the system.

The ExpensePoint (EP) setup and support team are fantastic to work with. They are always available to help and provide support where needed. The implementation was pretty smooth, and the team was knowledgable. It took a bit of time to get up and running, but once the kinks were worked out it works almost flawlessly. The flexible pricing options are a huge positive for our company.
The platform is fairly intuitive, and the training provided by EP helped get our team up and running fast, learning the new system. I like that there is an app and a receipt reader. It can process automatic payments to our employees as well. Our team uses it daily to submit expense claims and approve expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the website and app are not as intuitive as they could be, such as setting up approval chains. There are also a few missing features, such as QuickBooks Desktop integration. However, the price for the system and service can't be beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
