She did a great job bringing us up to speed, providing an overview of the product, being flexible for our use case, and moving the process forward in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about ExpensePoint?** Our account is very small and if anything, the implementation/training process is a bit more than is needed in our case. We only submit one report a month so flexibility to have a simpler process for smaller accounts might be worth considering.
