We ended up abandoning eSilentPARTNER for another (also middling) agency management tool after a year. Usability was dreadful, and adoption rates suffered as a result. I could see a way to make eSP work with an FTE devoted exclusively to adoption and answering questions, but in a world where it's up against Monday and Jira, it's a big ask of the team. Strictly speaking from a user standpoint and not an administrator or someone who has compiled the modules that we use, it's not the most intuitive software for project management. I feel that there are much better options for creative project management that are currently available. The system is awfully slow when you need to open a new project. It hampers efficiency—we spend far too much of our time opening projects. Generating purchase orders, updating billing, invoicing, and general record keeping is a breeze with the program.
