The platform seamlessly blends work management and accounting into ONE system for firm-wide insights into projects, resources and profitability in real time. ## eSilentPARTNER Reviews ### 1. Broad, but not deep enough to be usable **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022 **What do you like best about eSilentPARTNER?** eSilentPARTNER offers – or at least purports to offer – everything you need to run an ad agency. And the support team is more than responsive, if not given that much to work with. **What do you dislike about eSilentPARTNER?** We ended up abandoning eSilentPARTNER for another (also middling) agency management tool after a year. Usability was dreadful, and adoption rates suffered as a result. I could see a way to make eSP work with an FTE devoted exclusively to adoption and answering questions, but in a world where it's up against Monday and Jira, it's a big ask of the team. **What problems is eSilentPARTNER solving and how is that benefiting you?** eSP was meant to unify our agency workstreams, billing and client management. Theoretically and technically, it can do this. But usability and bugs kept good data from going into the system. ### 2. I feel that there are much better options for creative project management that are currently available. Maybe the features that would improve our user experience exist in the program, but we have not utilized them? **What do you dislike about eSilentPARTNER?** The system is awfully slow when you need to open a new project. It hampers efficiency—we spend far too much of our time opening projects. We have a LOT of work to do and great deal of jobs to open —it's just not the fastest software. **Recommendations to others considering eSilentPARTNER:** Try before you buy with this one especially if you are from an agency/creative standpoint. **What problems is eSilentPARTNER solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I said before above that the time needed to open new projects is too great. **Official Response from Customer Support:** > Thanks for your review. We believe you may be on an old unsupported desktop version of e·silentpartner. We now have a new web-based version that is much faster with an improved interface and many new features. Please contact support for upgrade information. ### 3. Because it's web-based, I can access it from anywhere, which makes project management a breeze when you're not in the office or on a production. **What do you dislike about eSilentPARTNER?** The system could be faster at times. The interface could use an update. **What problems is eSilentPARTNER solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can oversee a production job with ease, and have a record of everything that's occurred on the job by using eSilentPartner. Generating purchase orders, updating billing, invoicing, and general record keeping is a breeze with the program. Since the different aspects of the jobs are all under one job number, it helps keep everyone in the loop. ### 4.
