I love that it's both an authoring tool and reporting system and not just a stand alone authoring tool that you need an expensive LMS to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only improvement I regularly crave is the ability to do more reporting at individual user level. Not all users will need that, but us admins are always asked for in depth reports and currently I have to export the csv and create a report in something else.
