So easy to use and such a great match for my needs. The ability to have a section repeat in multiple courses is a outstanding feature. I also love the open-ended question types that allow learners to process and record their own thoughts. Additionally, the SCORM format made it seemless to share a course with a customer who wants to host on their own LMS. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** The only challenge I've had so far is having to duplicate sections from a course before then being able to add those existing sections to a new course. I didnt get a clear explanation as to whey this is the case from the intercom interaction with support. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem solved is not knowing how many users we would have and therefore not knowing how much we would have to pay our vendor in advance with EdX. The author-based fee structure is a much better model for our use case. The benefit of a SCORM download was a happy realization after we signed on. ### 4. Until then, what I found most challenging task for content creation was to get into the third level of sub headings and content. It had allowed only 2 levels. Could do with notifying the modification requestor of any issues. That the downtime for upgrades appears to be scheduled during the southern hemisphere working hours - would love a parallel running system to ensure those on different time zones maintain access during upgrades. **Recommendations to others considering Easygenerator:** This is a great tool for easy authoring, providing accessible training resources and getting feedback. I'd recommend drawing up a matrix of requirements versus what Easygenerator delivers and then trialling.
