What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

I get exactly what I need for my learners and I have an easy to use dashboard to monitor their performance. Blue Volt is continuing to evolve and the sharing center where I can access content from manufacturers and easily drop into my LMS makes me feel like I am part of an ecosystem where I can connect with partners to help achieve my objectives and grow my business. What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

The system is easy to use. End users can usually find what they're looking for quickly. The ability for suppliers to share content into our university is a major plus. The technical support is usually very responsive, although there have been a couple of times when things have lingered on for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

The system has its bugs for sure. It gets confused when assigning multiple training tracks to a user resulting in rework. Basically, it will delete the first training track when you add the second one. We've learned to work around this, since the BlueVolt support team was unable to recreate this error that happens on a regular basis. The system is constantly getting updates, which is great except that the menus and where things are located change as well, which is frustrating. It's almost like when Microsoft updates Excel and just shuffles everything around. It takes time to relearn where everything is again. These updates also make the how-to videos that they have obsolete since the dropdown menus are all different.

There seems to be a lot of turnover with the customer success managers. Even during our implementation 3 years ago we had a change which delayed our launch. Just this year, we've had 4 different CSM's. Being assigned a CSM that is new to the BlueVolt system is frustrating. It's of no fault of their own, however, they are unable to answer questions that I may have. I typically just bypass my CSM and send issues straight to the support group. Also, we do apologize for your negative experiences with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). We have been upgrading our onboarding and training processes so that CSMs have a deeper understanding of technical issues in the platform, making them a top-of-the-line resource for your needs. What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

I like that everything is digital and no paper - and the reminders. All of our trainings (Product and Safety) are in one spot. It is very helpful for us to find what we are needing in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

Sometimes I forget to do the training right away BUT the reminders are very helpful. Honestly, from a user standpoint, there are no complaints. What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

The people are great, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall I like the platform itself, and I have had few issues with user experience, all of which were resolved quickly and most of which had to do with user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

The setup of the pages themselves could be more intuitive, drag and drop or suggested template pages. I would also like to have more email options in terms of templates and tracking like open %. I would also like the site to track metrics like the last time a user logged in, how often users log in, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

There is a laundry list....each time I send in a request, you get an auto response then usually the next day another response. Often the responses aren't detailed enough so it takes several attempts to get the answer. I don't like the dashboard and the way it is situated. I don't like that I have forklift course that will only run in Firefox due to BV. I don't like how much it I have to do - I think there should be more done on BV's part. It is cumbersome and tacky to deal with. I dread each time I must interact with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueVolt LMS?

The employees are helpful and genuinely want to help you build your best university. The support team is very knowledgeable and typically offers answers to questions promptly. There is also a lot of manufacturer and vendor courses available to be shared with our university. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueVolt LMS?

Although there are a lot of vendor courses that are shared, it can be very cumbersome to get them added and organized to our university. This is especially challenging when our main focus right now is building our own content. Being emailed to add and highlight courses that are not our own is frustrating because we know these are not the courses our employees are looking for at this time.
