Easygenerator has taken many steps to make creating online learning content almost as simple as pressing a button. Where we used to spend hours building multilingual courses, it’s now a much more straightforward process of selecting what we need and clicking through.

On top of that, Easygenerator is constantly developing its product and rolling out new features and improvements, which makes a real difference in our day-to-day work throughout the year. In the early phases of working with Easygenerator, there were a few “Kinderkrankheiten” (infant maladies, as Germans say), even with simple features like moving a text block to another page. These issues, however, have been fixed by now.

What I like most is the intuitive design and the wide range of options for creating educational content. Thanks to such a broad spectrum of tools, course developers (like me) can create incredible courses. I also really appreciate the company’s responsiveness and speed of support. I like how Easygenerator accelerates content creation, enabling SMEs to create content in a fast-paced environment. I enjoy the simplification of the author experience and the elements that enhance content engagement. The new AI features like easy AI video creation are impressive, making it easier to create more engaging and advanced content. The intuitive interface and the ease of dragging and dropping authoring elements are particularly helpful for onboarding new authors who have no prior experience. I think on the reporting front, people who don't use LMS have limited reporting capabilities. So, yeah, for an admin or a supervisor the reporting could be more automated and robust. I know that's not what the tool is meant to do, but if you have slightly better reporting capabilities, that would be great. What I like best about Easygenerator is its AI functionality, which is exceptionally user-friendly compared to other eLearning authoring tools on the market. Additionally, the new Easy Coach feature is a fantastic addition to the platform—it introduces a highly unique capability that truly sets it apart from the competition. I don't have any major dislikes, but as an area for enhancement, I would love to see the platform support advanced branching logic. Easygenerator is easy to use and highly intuitive. If you need inspiration or get stuck, the built-in AI assistant can help you get started quickly. A major advantage is the ability to import SCORM files from Articulate Rise, making course migration much easier.

Easygenerator delivers strong performance as a cloud-based authoring tool. Courses can be created, reviewed, and published easily with SCORM output integrating with your LMS platforms.

The platform is continually evolving, with new features and integrations being added regularly. What really stands out, however, is the customer support. For a relatively small company, the service is exceptional. There is quite a lot of white space throughout the interface, and the overall look and feel could be more modern. Some of the content blocks, particularly the "How To" block, can feel a little dated visually, although that's a personal preference and others may like them.

the WYSIWYG user interface is easy to navigate, offers a variety of layout and content options. It has stable and good performance, with ability to quickly preview, undo and drag/drop content around to arrange as needed makes it quick to use. I appreciate the development efforts towards helping make content creation efficient. The built in video editor is very useful for my style of training. Some actions can be a bit hit-and-miss, such as when dragging content blocks around, and I've had some issues with undo.
