What do you like best about Default?

I like how Default allows us to pass leads directly off to the approprate sales team member's calendar. It solves issue of leads requesting a demo and then needing to be handed off manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Default?

Need more customization options for the emails sent from Default - I want these to look fully branded like they come from my company; currently there isn't that option. Also the tool looks intuitive until you start to use it. CS team is pretty responsive to help fix bugs that pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Default?

We discovered Default through a post we noticed on Linkedin as we were getting our GTM motion off the ground and implemented it from Day 1 of spinning up sales on our team.

Its been great to have the automatic booking for inbounds through defaullt. We are still new to the tool but feel good about its ability to increase inbound conversions by booking directly on sales calendars.
